I saw people wrote in to complain about this shop, Laundry Unlimited. I ask my son to write in here because I am an Auntie who has faced very bad service from them too. The incident that person have with the shop owner, Linda and husband is very similar to the one we faced. My son had to go down and tell them why the charges on our invoices are not correct and they demand it is correct and our clothing must always be dry cleaned, cannot wash. We made a report to the police in Marine Parade and they have given Laundry Unlimited a stern warning to the shop. The police adviced my son who speaks English to go into this website and launch our complain so that all the people in Singapore and internationally would know about it and not give them any business. I hope none of you suffer from their bad treatment and dishonest business. For those who are using them already, get out before you end up like many of us. Eventually, would be your turn. There is a very good one we found down the road, called Duo Nini Pte Ltd laundry service. The boss, Victor Ong is very professional and gentleman. Good luck!

Saw this while researching for a dry cleaner and decided to leave some reviews to help those looking for a dry cleaner. I gave Astoria Dry Cleaning a week ago, after some researching. I did not find any bad reviews and I find them to be pretty decent in terms of pricing and service. Afterall they've been around since 1947 (as per website). I was able to schedule my pickup with them easily through their website; everything else from there went well.
I have only alter clothes there and they pricing goes up without reason. 2 weeks back, I shorten my dress by 4cm and it was $8. Now, it's $12! I said ti's the same thing you did recently and the girl told me that my other dress was smaller! Erm... I'm the same size. And she added on if 2 lines stitching, it will be $10 instead. Rubbish pricing! I said no and walked off. For that price, I'd go to a nearby market and get 2 dresses shorten!
I'm not irritated with the high price but more with her rubbish pricing.
Just to add on. Duo Nini Pte Ltd is even worse. They ruined my shirt and didn't take the responsibility. I will never use Duo Nini laundry anymore.
