On August 2, 2023, I promptly fulfilled my financial obligation to LVAC by settling the outstanding amount. At that time, I was assured that my case was closed, and the account was resolved. However, on September 23, 2023, while reviewing my credit report, I discovered an unfavorable entry from the Allied Collection agency. Concerned about this discrepancy, I immediately contacted the Allied Collection on September 25, 2023, seeking clarification.
Regrettably, the Allied Collection company informed me that they were unable to remove the negative report. They explained that it was necessary for LVAC to retract the delinquency status associated with my account. Consequently, I reached out to a representative from LVAC, who confirmed that the account had indeed been settled and paid in full on August 2, 2023. Unfortunately, the representative expressed his inability to assist me, as the files had already been transferred to the collection company.
This situation has left me perplexed and concerned, as I have fulfilled my financial obligations and yet find myself facing an unjustified negative report. I kindly request your immediate attention and intervention in rectifying this matter. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
