The last communication from Larq was made on Jan 25, and I have followed up multiple times since then with no response.

I purchase from this company larq water bottles advertised thru Instagram. Purchase total on November 5th *** was $226.20. Order #***. I was supposed to receive my order in a week. I havent received it and there is no way to contact them on their website. I want my refund! . Im guessing this was a scam company.

Larq On 2/20/22 ordered LARQ pitcher

On 2/20/22 ordered LARQ pitcher. Received an email that pitcher shipped 2/21/22. Tracking to this day (3/16/22) says label was created but *** has not yet received package. I emailed customer service on 2/26 and again 3/2. Company has not responded to either email. Also tried sending a message through Instagram DM 3/7 with no response either.

Larq I purchased a Larq water pitcher on December 20

I purchased a Larq water pitcher on December 20. My pitcher never shipped. I never received notice from the company other than in the original email "orders may take slightly longer than usual" but only slightly more than the traditional *** hours. I've sent 3 emails since with no response. I've also gotten in touch via social media with no response. Other customers are experiencing the same problem.

Larq On November 1st I pre-ordered Filtered bottle system with 3 bottles and 3 sleeves

On November 1st I pre-ordered Filtered bottle system with 3 bottles and 3 sleeves. At the time of the order it was indicated shipping would be in December. I have yet to receive any updates. On December 10th I emailed for an update and received an automated response that shipments were being filled that week and the next. I waited but still NO updates. Emailed company again on December 18th and received exact same automated response. emailed specific ticket log-in with same automated response. I messaged through *** I would like an update on my order placed on November 1st.

Larq I have an ongoing automatic filter replacement order with LARQ

I have an ongoing automatic filter replacement order with LARQ. This is the first filter replacement order since I received the pitcher. I received an email on 2/8/22 saying the estimated ship date was 2/11/22. It was never shipped. On 2/27/22 I emailed the company, asking where my filter was. On 2/28/22 I received an email saying the shipment was stuck in customs. They said most of their shipments have no issues at customs, however, this one was held for review. I sent another e-mail on 3/6/22, inquiring about the filter and no one has responded. I sent yet another email on 3/11/22, with no response.

On 11/29, I ordered two bottles totaling $136.64. I asked for an update on 12/5 and they said that the shipping would be updated in the next few days. On 12/15, they notified me that the package would be delayed offering a store credit. On 1/4 I asked for another update on my order and only received an automated response. I tried to reach out again on 1/14 and received the same automated response. It has been almost two months since my order and have not received any updates for over a month. This was supposed to be shipped in 5 days. I am hoping for some update or resolution as this is way too long to wait for a product.

Larq Larq started as a kickstarter where I backed then and purchased a water bottle from them

Larq started as a kickstarter where I backed then and purchased a water bottle from them. The first one was faulty within a week of using - exhibiting the red light which is a known issue on their end. It also seemed like many backers and people were plagued by this issue. They sent a warranty replacement however, I didn't use the bottle for almost 2 years. When I used the replacement bottle for less than a week, the same red light issue occurred so I reached out and explained that their product is questionable in quality if it works for less than a week. They said I was out of luck since the product is outside of their 1 year warranty however, it seems like dishonest practice to have faulty products like this that last less than 1 week of use. They even asked that I purchase a new one which seems like they care only about money and not the product or the customer. I think it is fair to either get a refund or they cover the full cost of repairing it (including shipping).

Larq I ordered three Larq bottles on November 28th for a total of $177.32 (Order #***)

I ordered three Larq bottles on November 28th for a total of $177.32 (Order #***). On December 2nd, Larq provided a tracking number with *** and indicated that the bottles had been shipped (1Z90Y4980323019034). However, *** claims that the sender (Larq) still needs to provide the package. The tracking number only indicates that a label has been created. I have checked the tracking number every day since December 2nd and the progress remains to be "label has been created" only (today is December 14th). I sent emails on December 5th, 7th, 8th, 10th, asking for help with the issue. On December 12th I received a brief reply email from their customer service team telling me to continue use the tracking number to track for updates. I am very frustrated and dissapointed by their lack of customer support. I would like *** to help locate my packages and provide them to ***, if they are unable to do so I would like to cancel my order and recieve a refund.

Larq On February 12, 2022, I purchased 2 replacement filters for my LARQ water pitcher

On February 12, 2022, I purchased 2 replacement filters for my LARQ water pitcher. Two days thereafter, LARQ sent me an email with an *** tracking number. Unfortunately, a month later, *** reports that a "label was created" but they have still not received the package from LARQ. Meanwhile, my LARQ pitcher has been rendered useless as it's no longer capable of filtering my water. The order number is ***. The *** tracking number is 1Z90Y4980332007039.I have sent an inquiry to LARQ, but have received no response other than an automatically issued email acknowledging receipt of my inquiry. I had a very similar problem with the LARQ pitcher. Their customer service is essentially non-existent. Here is the text of the email I received from LARQ stating that my order was "on it's way." They told me it would update in a few days on 02/12, but nothing has changed regarding the tracking number. I have followed up two more times, but customer service has yet to get back to me on this issue again.

Larq I placed an order for two water bottles on 11/30

I placed an order for two water bottles on 11/30. On 12/1 I received an email that let me know the product was shipped. When I click on the tracking it says label created only. It was not actually taken to the carrier, *** The link has said that since and has never had any progress. I emailed the company for the first time on 12/8 letting them know that over a week had gone by since the label was created but the package never made it to the carrier. I assumed it had been misplaced in the warehouse and wanted them to locate it or send me a new shipment. That email went unanswered. I emailed them again on 12/13. I never received an answer. I emailed them again today but anticipate that email will also go unanswered. I commented on an *** post requesting assistance in that when unanswered as well. They do not appear to stay active on *** so I did not bother with that method. I'm hoping this gets some resolution because all I want is my water bottles at this point. I was hoping to receive them in time for Christmas which is why I ordered them a month beforehand but that seems unlikely at this point. there is no phone number on the website and the only way you can contact them is to send them an email. I recommend anybody that's purchasing these water bottles either by through Amazon or use PayPal so it's easy to dispute the transaction.

Hello Complaintsboard.com,Order # *** (tracking # 1Z90Y4980300250611) was placed Dec. 5th 2021 with LARQ, *** water bottle. I got an email on Feb 5th 2022 that it is in the process of being shipped. I checked the tracking # weekly and the current status of "Label created" hasn't changed since Feb. 5th.This order now pending over 3 months after the date from being ordered and still hasn't been delivered and I still have no update on tracking or delivery from tracking info number being shared on Feb. 5th 2022. I understand having supply chain issues but this is unacceptable. I asked for updates over 4 times and LARQ's responded twice on Feb. 16th and 22nd is that it is passing customs through their international warehouse, but that seems to be their cop out excuse for every delivery issue they have dating back on Nov. 1st 2021 orders from the Complaintsboard.com LARQ page. With that being said, I would like Complaintsboard.com support in trying to get me a refund on order # *** to my credit card payment method ending in *** of *** USD as that is what was charged.I believe this is a direct violation of the *** act as "the delay is more than 30 days - the seller has to cancel the order by the 30th day (or Mar. 5th, 2022) of the delay period and give you a full refund". I'm in process of reporting LARQ, *** to the *** for fraud as well as the rest of the shipment passing through customs from your international warehouse facility.Thanks

I ordered this back on 02/24/2022, I ordered a water pitcher for over $100 dollars which is a lot for a water filtering water pitcher. When you spend 3 times the normal price on a product. You should expect people are going to be on the look out of when they receive it. You can't run a new business and charge prices like this without making sure people will get the product fast. I asked for an update and couple weeks later I got a automated response. After emailing them I think 4 times I got a email back from them around March 10th 2022. They tried telling me the same thing I see from others on here. Saying my order was stuck in customs and it's very rare this happens. Seems like it's not so rare and just a down right lye which is so NOT called for. Oh and I was charged for this back on Feb 24th. Most professional company's only charge you when they actually ship out your product. The only time I've seen company's charge way before they ship out your order is scam sites that are only out to take your money and not send you anything. So as it stands when you track the tracking number they gave me you see it says that the label has been created and not picked up yet. If you go into my account on Larq and go under orders is says it has been shipped when that isn't the case. Seems like they are just playing games at this company. Too bad I think they would have a great company if it wasn't being run so badly. Give me call if you need help running a company that is just starting out like this one. I would love to help because man you sure need some.

Larq I bought the LARQ Pitcher PureVis last year and at the time they offered me a subscription where I'd receive a new filter for the product every

I bought the LARQ Pitcher PureVis last year and at the time they offered me a subscription where I'd receive a new filter for the product every two months. Last fall I received an email from LARQ notifying me that the first filter in the subscription had shipped but after weeks of not receiving it I contacted *** and they told me that LARQ had created the label but never sent them the product for shipment. I reached out to LARQ repeatedly via email asking about it and was simply told that it was on the way. After two months of not receiving the product I told them that since the second filter in the subscription was about to ship to just cancel the first one and refund the amount they had charged me, which they did. However I then had the same issue with the second filter. On February 15 they charged me $23.66 for the second filter and now nearly a month later I have not received it, despite receiving an email from LARQ on February 21 saying that it shipped. I've once again contacted *** and they told me they haven't received the product from LARQ. I sent an email to LARQ on February 17th asking for an explanation and a refund of the recent charge for the filter plus the original pitcher (which is of no use without the filter) and have received no response nearly a month later. At this point I believe that they are selling subscriptions for a product they don't actually have and charging customers despite not having the product. If they're unable to deliver the product not only should I be refunded but I also should be refunded for the price of the original pitcher. I also think that myself and any similarly situated customer deserve an explanation.

Larq I was a Kickstarter backer of their new Pitcher which was supposed to be delivered in Q1 of 2021 which ultimately got delivered in Aug 2021

I was a Kickstarter backer of their new Pitcher which was supposed to be delivered in Q1 of 2021 which ultimately got delivered in Aug 2021. It was proclaimed by Larq that the filters for the pitcher will last for 2-3 months but what i have been experiencing is that they barely last for a month. I had a few extra filters as part of my order so i managed to make my way through Dec. When i tried ordering filters for the pitcher in Dec 2021 they were out of stock and it continued to be out of stock till mid jan. I placed an order for 2 Advanced filters on Jan 14 and i still havent received my items. I have contacted them several times via email (there is no phone number or another method of contacting them) and they telling me that the item will be shipping anytime now. The tracking number shows "label generated" since Jan 24 so i am pretty sure the items are not coming to me.Not only do i seek a full refund, i expect them to send me my filters at no charge as well as come clean and provide an explanation as to why is the website is allowing users to place an order and yet the items are not being shipped out after 1 month. Being a start up, i feel they are collecting all the $ from people like us and it is being used for other purposes. Most of the companies charge the CC when the items ships, but LARQ doesnt. They charged my CC the day i placed the order. Now i have a $100 pitcher which i cant use as the filters have expired. I ended up buying another pitcher from Amazon. LARQ really needs to improve its customer service and stop selling directly on their website. I would never buy anything from them unless their products are available for sale in places like Amazon etc.
