I ordered power supplies for computers at work. They sent me the wrong parts, and now they want me to pay for shipping and restocking fee.

They shipped a $50 part in a normal mail envelope. And now, I've waited for more than 3 weeks and no sight of my item. Contacted them and all they said were to keep waiting. This is ridiculous and irresponsible. I'm not sure why it still exists.

They answer their phone and I need a refund for a battery that doesn't fit. They claim on their website that they basically dock 30% of your refund for shipping and restocking fee. I literally have the packaging and everything together. I didn't even use the battery. I need my money back.

They sent us the wrong laptop cords, to fix they started at a %10 restocking fee then it went up to %20, they are not interested in helping us fix this issue without further payments. You get better customer service out of China than this place. Just avoid being ripped of and go somewhere else its not worth the risk.

I ordered a genuine OEM battery from Laptop Parts Canada, but unfortunately, I received a counterfeit battery instead. I verified this by checking the official manufacturer's website. Despite leaving multiple phone messages, I have not received any response. I also sent an email and initially received one reply, but after providing additional information, I have not received any further communication. As a result, I have filed a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Laptop Parts Canada.

I ordered a replacement keyboard for my Dell Inspiron 2-in-1. 1. It was not quite compatible with the laptop model as advertised (the key layout was slightly different), and 2. After installation by professionals at Laptop Repair Experts, it appeared to be worse than the old one: some keys are not responsive and some behave as pressed twice. A waste of money (keyboard + installation)!
