Lancaster Puppies review: Jackson Gray Hamilton-seller 2

I purchased a female yorkie puppy named Cassie from Gray Hamilton in Pound,Virginia.We spoke for 2 weeks finalizing the sale and delivery and the puppy was always being sold as a female.Well the puppy was delivered on May 12.The woman who dropped off the pup handed "Cassie" to me and without my saying a word told me that she stopped to give her water and now she couldn't stop coughing and that she was scared to death.Her words verbatim.I immediately asked if kennel cough was a concern because I do have other little ones.She vehemently denied that this was a possibility.I took my little girl into the house when I went to put her on a puppy pad I immediately found out that "Cassie" was a boy.He was also coughing prettymuch continuously.I called the driver at once and she told me she was only the transporter and that I needed to call Gray Hamilton.I told her to wait to hear back from me after I spoke to Hamilton.That was the absolute last time that either one of them either answered or responded to my multitude of calls and emails.I also addressed my concern about the incessant coughing.Nothing.The puppy who I renamed Nino got worse and worse.I took him to my vet and they told me there wasn't anything they could do there.He had substantial pneumonia in several lobes of his lungs resulting from kennel cough.He needed to immediately be taken to an emergency facility for I.V. antibiotics and oxygen therapy.He was hospitalized for 3 days and the cost for the emergency facility alone was almost 3400.00.Hamilton never responded in any way nor took any responsibility.I reported him to the FTC and made a complaint with the Virginia's State Attorney General's Office.I adore little Nino but that in no way absolves Hamilton of a fraudulent sale across state lines and failing to live up to his health guarantee.I strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid dealing with Gray Hamilton or Tessa Mullins of Pound,Va.She was the so-called driver but was also his sister.I am still dealing with the fall-out of all this and am left with this huge bill.Beware.
