I purchased the vehicle May 2022 in less than a month the engine light came on which I contacted them, and the vehicle was taken back for them to check what the problem is, the vehicle came back then same thing happened again which repeated for about 3 to 4 times, eventually the problem was sorted. On the 23rd Jan Wednesday we went to work and when we had to return the vehicle didn't want to start, I had to run around for the car to be towed because we could not identify the problem at that time. I took the vehicle for a diagnose which is not with the dealership because I felt like they keep messing with me since the engine light. I then contacted them and told them what happened they said they will fetch the car and put it on the diagnostic machine, and we will take it from there. They then come back to me telling me the same thing like the first diagnose said which they were not wrong so they said they will send me the quotation which will cost me between R10000 and R17000 which I feel is unfair because firstly why did the warning lights not go on the dash this is a smart car it complains about every small thing so how come oil and water warnings did not go on. So, I'm asking them that and they say the problem is not with KILOKOR MOTORS the problem is with FORD because the warning lights comes on after the incident occurs. I then called FORD to find out if that is the case, they say there is no such thing. I feel that KILLOKOR MOTORS is the worst dealership ever they only worry about themselves and their pockets as long as they received their payment, they couldn't care less what happens after. I took the matter to the Ombudsman to review which they ruled in the dealerships favour without doing full investigations. The sad part here I accepted the lost and got a machenic to fix my car only to find out there is more problems than what I complained about and since I'm a woman I don't know much about cars, now my question is what kind of ombudsman do we have that does not do proper investigations cause if the ombud had their own team that goes out for evaluation/ assessing they would have seen what is happening and gave a proper outcome even if they ruled an outcome of 50/50 but now they completely took the side and word of the dealership. I am so disappointed, and I wish I can get better advice to take this dealership on as I am sitting with a lot of problems now.

Desired outcome: I want the dealership to take responsibility for selling me a defective product.
