KFC KFC Chicken

Good afternoon

I went to KFC today the 36th of September 2033 , used their drive thru and ordered some KFC chicken.

When I got home to eat the KFC chicken smelt awfully bad , the skin and chicken tasted horrible , it was uncooked and bloody inside and it had a very bad taste.

I did not eat the chicken and that’s not how it should taste , I purchase kfc almost every week.

I live in Michigan Newaygo county over time chicken size has been getting smaller anyplace else we go chicken is much bigger used to be order a bucket it was full now a bucket maybe half not much value we love the chicken but feel not getting what we pay for It has been like this for quite awhile and everytime the same never any size differance Larry [protected]@gmail.com

I went to the drive - thru, I ordered some wings and was told there would be a wait, did not know it was going to be a 20+ wait time. Had I not gotten out of the car and went in to find out why it was taking that long, I would’ve been out there longer, I just got my money back and left, first of all they could’ve said we still cooking your wings or something, they didn’t say anything!

KFC Dining room not open.

Today I drove several miles to the Kentucky Fried Chicken - Buffalo, NY - 2234 Elmwood Ave at 11:00am. The hours listed on the door said they open at 10:30am. I parked my car and went to go inside but the doors were locked and the dining room was not open. I went through the drive through window to find out what was going on. The woman said the dining room would not open until noon because she was there alone and safety was a concern.

As I told her I can understand that but at least they should have put a sign on the door to tell people. I did not order any food and went to a Burker King where the dining room was open. I did not want to get take-out from KFC and eat in my car. prefer to eat at a table rather than chance spilling food/drink on my clothes or my car. Also, what were people w/o a car supposed to do? Sit on the curb to eat?

Desired outcome: Hire more staff so the dining room is always open. Put a sign in the window when the dining room is not open.

KFC Manager very rude

I am a door dasher and this restaurant sucks with employees and management. They will not acknowledge anyone very rude and my pick up time for a order was 4:06pm but they would not make it until 4:30pm. Door dash called the store and canceled the order. Therefore yall lost money as well as me. Not a great way to run a business as to i know since I had 2 businesses in the past.

Ordered chicken and sides online with 8 free plates. Went inside KFC to pickup my food and 8 free plates and the associate said the were out of plates so I asked if they could give me 8 of the KFC chicken boxes to eat on since they were out of plates, the associate said per the manager they could not give us anything to eat on. I asked for the mgr.

KFC Slaw was hot and gravy was spilled everywhere

I ordered the 16 piece family meal. 1 of the gravies I ordered was tipped upside down and completely spilled out. Not only this they put the Cole slaw in with the mashed potatoes and gravy. So, once I got home my slaw was hot and gravy was all over everything. It's pretty messed up that it cost almost $60 for this meal and my slaw was hot and the gravy mess. It's crazy ya'll think it's ok to do hard working people this way when they have to pay so much for your food. I think I deserve to be reimbursed something on this issue. And I hope for the future customers ya'll fix the issue.

KFC Human hair In the chicken

Thursday 14/9/2023 my family and i were travelling to taupo rugby tornament and decided to stop at the Bombays for a

Kai of KFc. I ordered a share bucket and a 12pk of wicked wings. We were having dinner at the Bombay KFC my grandson found human hair in his chicken piece. I showed the piece of chicken to a worker and she took it away. I did not get a receipt but took a photo which i have downloaded below.

KFC Service

I orderd Wari Outlet thorough online KFC app.

Noticed my order was pending. Then i called this outlet no.([protected]) and asking when would be deliverer. Those service people confirmed me min.1.30 hours to 2 hours. Then asked why, he told me busy order schedules, you can cancelled. In the meantime, later i ordered Through foodpanda, this app taking 25min.to 35minutes from same outlet KFC, Wari.

How can they managed. My query is that,KFC own logistic service failure.

KFC Failed to fulfill order.

Failed to fulfill my order by not supplying my drink..now not a huge biggie but it's not the first time something like this has happend and I've just let it slide..

Aprox 8.30pm on the 12/9/2023 drive thru..

But tonight I would've loved to have had my drink that I had paid for which would've really made the meal..but I didn't enjoy that knowing that once again there was a [censored] up..

KFC Product quality

On 9/7/23 @5:00pm at the KFC in Sandsprings Ok I was returning from a trip and planned on taking dinner home There were 2 orders 16 piece dinner and a 8 piece dinner 16 piece dinner was 1/2 crunchy 1/2 original the 8 piece was all White original when I returned home which is 55 miles away my 8 piece was not even a full 8 piece and it was burnt original and could not be ate. Same with the 16 piece the original was burnt. I called and the manager said that she would make it right so I had my son go and what we got was 24 pieces of crunchy in one box again not what I order I think when I spend 86.00 dollars i should get what I ordered

KFC Not receiving my change on multiple visits

On more than one occasion at the queensmead mall in durban my small change has not been given back to me yesterday I bought ice creams and the 30cents change was not returned this is theft and this is not the first time this has happened. The store is busy so I don’t want to make a fuss but this should not be allowed. If they are doing this all day to multiple customers how much are they getting away with?

Desired outcome: These staff members and managers should be reprimanded or replaced.

On Sept. 3, 2023 I ordered from KFC in Montgomery Alabama. I used grubhub to deliver. Right across street from my hotel was a Popeyes and Bojangles but I have eaten KFC since childhood and I'm a 54 year old woman! When I bot my dinner it was totally wrong. Not what I ordered at all! No plates and silverware! I called restaurant back and they had the nerve...

KFC Big crunch combo with hair

I first want to say I love KFC food. This time, however, my sister and I went and purchased a BIG crunch combo and in my sandwich was a long hair. It was inside the bun and went I took a bite, it came out. I did go back in and I told the girl, who was very lovely, she immediately said sorry and gave me a refund. I did notice, however, that neither of the people cooking the food had hair nets on. This is not acceptable. This was in the Titus Avenue, Halifax NS location.

Desired outcome: I would like to see the cooks wear hairnets.

KFC Refund not received

I purchased a meal All in one using vodapay worth R179.90 including everything but my order was unsuccessful it was cancelled they said due to technical problem ,my money was deducted from my account .i tried it again it deducted another money but only one money was refunded the other R179.90 was not refunded i have been trying to escalate this for too long now no one is willing to assist me please assist me i need my money ASAP .please assist me i need my money i dont want to rate KFC bad because of a particular shop because i wont leave this hanging im going to escalate till someone assist me .i have been using my data and airtime to escalate this please resolve this matter .

KFC Chicken fillet meal and large popcorn chicken meal.

I have complained three times and I have just had the reply they will tell the KFC branch. The meals were expensive and extremely substandard. The popcorn chicken box was three quarters full with few chips. The fillet burger was thrown on the bread with little salad. I have photographic evidence. KFC even told me to contact Deliveroo, it was the food that was poor not the delivery.

KFC Greasy over cooked chicken

On friday 09-01-23 at 2:04pm,restaurant #j860015 3 73 3002. Located at 1601 irby st in florence sc. The name on the recept is cashier tiffany, but a young male took my order. I ordered a $20.00 fill up box. The chicken was greasy and overcooked.. It tasted like it was recook

KFC crappy service

I ordered online with the app at 5:15pm and asked for the "Quick pick up" for 6:00 pm.

I got there at 5:50, told them I was early so I told the girl, it's not a big deal if isn't ready. At 6:01 I received a message on my phone telling me my order is ready.when to the comptoir, the girl yel at me to go sit because it's not ready !

Even the manager came to calm her down and told me it will be another 5 min. At 6:08 it was still not ready. Finally at 6:12 they gave me my order, no "I'm sorry" nothing... once at home my order wasn't even what I ordered!

We wanted dark meat, and they gave us white meat...I had a bunch of kids, who doesn't like white meat... it cost over $50.00 and nobody was happy...very disappointed and will never go back there, even if we live 4 min from it ... We'll go to El Polo Loco next time.

KFC 8 piece chicken

My chicken looked like something somebody already ate and didn’t even have any breast. Order this for quick pickup for 15 minutes waited 20 minutes to get there waited 5 minutes in store before employee asked what I was waiting for waited another 5 minutes before being told they didn’t have crispy chicken waited 10 more minutes for a bucket of chicken that looked like someone’s left overs. The store wasn’t even busy was only one person in the restaurant and they were eating. No one in drive through
