Service department messed up my car, and they won't cough up the cash to fix it right. The big boss won't even bother to call or email me back about this mess.

Ken Garff Ford Greeley I went and looked at an 2007 *** they posted for sale on their lot

I went and looked at an 2007 *** they posted for sale on their lot. I test drove the car and it needed some repairs. Put deposit on car and waited roughly two weeks to pick it up. The service was delayed and I went out of town for work. When I got back the dealership had changed the rear wheels on the car. I was not told about this before when I bought the car. They really changed the wheels after I bought it? Went to get the car and it was not repaired. They put car back in shop and I picked it up three days later. I drove it home and it broke down for the same issue. The serpentine belt came apart in pieces on my way home. On my way home I noticed the windshield wipers don’t work also, The dealer also did not put emissions on the car and I live in an emissions area. The car also has a big oil leak.

Ken Garff Ford Greeley My 2017 Ford F150 got a recall for Cam phaser replacement

My 2017 Ford F150 got a recall for Cam phaser replacement. The recall has three stages, and the 2nd stage was done on December 27, at Ken Garff in Greeley. They said it would take ten days to get the parts and schedule the replacement. But since then, Ken Garff Ford has been lying to me. They keep saying there are no parts because of Covid, or that only one mechanic can do the job and he's too busy, or that all the mechanics have Covid. I even got the National *** help line involved, hoping they would finally finish the work. But then Ken Garff *** started the whole recall process over, as if what happened in December never happened. It's been four months now, and I can't accept any more excuses.

Ken Garff Ford Greeley We bought an Expedition in 2018 from the previous owner of **** in ***

We bought an Expedition in 2018 from the previous owner of *** in ***. We had some warranty issues that they had been working on and got mostly fixed. During Covid we had issues with them getting it back in and when we kept calling, they had changed owners. Ken Garff said they didn’t have any records of our car needing anything. We really had to fight that and finally they took it in to fix the last problem of my screen not working. They had it in the shop a few times and finally replaced it a few months ago. But it stopped working right after they replaced it. So, we called again and they never called back. Finally after multiple attempts to get a hold of someone we did and they made us an appointment for 3 days ago. We dropped it off and they said they will call us in 2 days to let us know what they found. They did not call. We called this am and the lady was so rude and told us we didn’t have an appointment and that if we wanted one it would be in July! We tried to explain that we did have an appointment and she hung up on us. We have been trying to get our warranty item fixed for 2 years with no results. We understand that they are short-handed but there is no reason to be rude or not get the service done.

Me and my spouse bought a 2021 Volkswagen *** from Ken Garff Ford Greeley and they gave me a temporary tag when we first bought it. I called the *** County DMV in early August and they told me that the dealership sent my registration to *** County instead, so *** County DMV rejected it because I don't live there. I actually live in *** County, Colorado. Then the dealership sent me a second temporary tag in the middle of August and it expires on September 30, 2022. Today's date is September 28, 2022, and I still haven't received anything from the *** County DMV to register my vehicle. Last week, I contacted the dealership to confirm if they were still sending my registration to *** County and when the DMV would receive it. They told me that the *** County DMV would receive it by September 27, 2022. I spoke to the *** County DMV on September 27 and 28, and they haven't received the registration yet. I left messages with the finance manager, finance director, and the general manager, asking them to send me a letter via email explaining why I need a third temporary tag so I can follow the state law. They haven't returned my phone call, and the tag expires on Friday, September 30, 2022. Also, when I spoke to the *** County DMV, they told me that since I purchased the vehicle on June 8, 2022, I am responsible for the monthly increase in taxes. The dealership doesn't pay for these taxes, but they have failed twice to do the necessary work for me to fulfill my part. We don't have any options left.

Befor my last visit to the service department at this dealership, I had been tryin to get the steerin wheel controls for my radio fixed for nearly 6 months. The first time I had a scheduled appointment and they were unable to replicate the problem, so they told me to stop by the next time it happened. A few weeks later, the problem occurred again, so I drove straight to the dealership, they got a technician to connect a computer to my truck and pull a diagnostic code. They entered the information into their system and told me they would order the part that needed to be replaced and then call me to schedule an appointment to replace it. Two months later, I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called and then told me they would have the part delivered overnight and proceeded to schedule the earliest available appointment, which was about a month later. I got a call from the parts department the following morning sayin the part had arrived. Durin the month that I was waitin for my appointment, my warranty expired, but I had initially been told that they would still honor it since the problem had been diagnosed durin my warranty period. On the day of my appointment, I checked in at the desk and the service rep told me there was no record of the diagnostics report and that no parts had been ordered. He told me he couldn't give me a quote until the technician was able to look at the truck, and when I asked why it was no longer covered by warranty, he said that since they weren't able to replicate the problem before it expired, they wouldn't be able to submit a warranty claim.
