So, let me tell you about my experience with KappaCrew. I decided to shop with them on their website, kappacrew.com, back in May. I was really excited to get a new bathing suit, ya know? However, after a few weeks went by and I hadn't received any shipping confirmation or tracking number, I started to get a little worried. So, I emailed them over 10 times asking what was up.

They finally responded and said that the bathing suit I had ordered was out of stock, but that they had resent me another one. I was relieved to hear that, but still didn't receive a tracking number. I continued to email them asking for updates, but was met with no response.

Eventually, I asked for my money back, but they claimed that they couldn't give it to me because they donate the money. I mean, come on. It's October now and I still haven't received my order. Jessica, who I was emailing with, suddenly stopped responding altogether.

I decided to check their Instagram page, just out of curiosity, and was horrified to see that the comments were filled with other people who had been scammed too. I wish I had seen those comments before I made my purchase. What a complete scam.

Please, just save yourself the trouble and don't buy from KappaCrew. They are the absolute worst.

All in all, I'd say KappaCrew needs to step up their game. It's not enough to just promise customers that their orders are on the way without any actual evidence to back it up. Hopefully they'll get their act together soon, but until then, I can't say I'd recommend 'em.

I ended up buying the Yknktstc Womens Bathing Suit 2 Piece Brazilian Bikini Set from Amazon instead, and let me just say, it was worth every penny. So do yourself a favor and stay far away from KappaCrew. Stick with the reliable sources like Amazon to avoid disappointment.

This company called KappaCrew is absolutely not worth your precious time and money. If you are thinking about becoming an "ambassador" for them, don't even consider it for a second. They are nothing but a total and complete scam! I mean, they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you become an ambassador and get a free suit, but they still want you to pay 25 bucks for shipping. How ridiculous is that?

I found a suit that spoke to me and threw down the code, but then had to slap another $24.95 on the bill for shipping. Got the confirmation email, and boom, my plastic got charged immediately.

But then I was like dang, what if this joint ain't legit? So I went online to peep some reviews. Let me tell you, I was NOT impressed. So I decided to cancel my order, but when I tried to hit up their email at ***@kappacrew.com, it came back saying that it wasn't a valid email. So the recruiter kept hittin' me up and finally offered me a $100 discount on any swimsuit (which by the way are all like $100 and up already). I had to pay another 25 bucks for shipping but I figured it was worth it for a quality suit from a company I believed in.

What kind of bush league operation was this, I started to wonder.

Anyway, the swimsuit was just not up to snuff. The stitching was all messed up and the quality was just not worth the amount of money I paid for it. If I could return it and get a refund, you know I would - but since that ain't happening, I am just leaving this review to let y'all know that KappaCrew's customer service and quality are just not worth it. At this point, I started to doubt the legitimacy of Kappa Crew. All the helpful personal messages I had received on Instagram disappeared after I made the payment. I knew that I had been scammed and I had fallen for their trick. I would advise that you do not fall for their scam either.

To make matters worse, I have not received any updates or emails from them regarding the status of my order. It's unacceptable to treat customers this way, and I would not recommend KappaCrew to anyone looking to purchase items online.
