This issue has been ongoing since August. I have called numerous times, Connect 4 Health Colorado has called, my insurance broker has called, I have written...I get nowhere. Why would you want to do this to a family that is already struggling enough to qualify for Medicaid? This is going to cause a MAJOR tax issue.

Littleton, CO 80127 Kaiser Premium Billing Department: My children where both covered through Connect For Health Colorado with a Kaiser plan from 1 Jan, 23 until 31 July, 23. As of 1 August, 2023, both children became eligible for Medicaid (Health First Colorado) through Colorado Connect for Health. Therefore, the Kaiser plan should have been voided/stopped as of 31July 2023. I do not know why Connect for Health Colorado and the KP systems do not sync. I have tried to get this problem solved for months. When they were covered by KP prior to August 1, 2023 these were their HR numbers:

RaeLynn McCallian – 427946478I am requesting an immediate return of all premiums paid to Kaiser for the months of Aug, Sept, Oct and Nov 23. This is a nightmare. In addition, I have made multiple attempts to get helpvia phone with KP and it has only led to further frustration. The best anyonedid for me in over 4 phone calls was delete my payment info so you could nolonger draw from my account without my permission. I did not apply for a 2024 plan for thechildren and I am continuing to get letters from KP indicating that I did. There should be NO payments to KP from 1August, 2023 forward. Please respond to me via email/phone and letter.
