I provided credit charge details for a deposit of $5 but was then charged $49 for the service which I did not receive and then $69 for membership whic i did not want. $114 for nothing. I went on line to try and get some advice for a fault in my washing machine, but did not get any help at all. The initial charge was on 30/7/18 and the membership charge on 4/8/18. Client No [protected] on my mastercard statement.
On the day of contact I received two replys which did not address the complaint so I then disconected from the site
Object to being charged $114 for sometrhing I did not get or agreed to
