Received treadmill in early January with broken console. Provided photos and Johnson accepted my workorder. Over seven weeks later and three unsuccessful service calls I asked for a refund or a replacement treadmill and was refused. After the fourth unsuccessful attempt at fixing the nonfunctioning treadmill I requested that Johnson remove it from our home and deliver and install the next model up. I did not think this was an unreasonable request since we paid for this in December and were now in April and still did not have a useable treadmill. I was not even the courtesy of a response to that request, instead another part was ordered!
After the fifth FTH service call, well over three months after the initial service request the treadmill is functional. Johnson Health Tech handles Horizon, Vision and Matrix products. I would not recommend purchasing any of these products. Their customer service department takes info, escalates and if you get a response it is to deny your request.
Desired outcome: Spread the word that Horizon, Vision, Matrix under the umbrealla of Johnson Health Tech does not provide a good product or customer experience.
