I had gotten hit in a parking lot barely even driving the person hit me going 60 miles an hour completely in the wrong I have bad back damage is nerve damage is to my back nothing was ever resolved that was 2 1/2 years ago communication has been horrible my case has went to the state and Im left with a horrible back can barely run my own business. Worst law firm ever!

John Foy & Associates, a law firm, and support staff, in 55 years I have never seen a more disorganized group of individuals who consistently drop the ball and exhibit unprofessional behavior. The assistant to the attorney I worked with communicates in circles, making it difficult to understand their point. After 48 minutes, there was still no clear point made. They took advantage of a disabled person, showing no respect or willingness to fight for their rights. Additionally, they seem to be aligned with questionable allies. I strongly advise against contacting them as you will likely not achieve a favorable outcome. I believe I would have been better off handling the situation on my own.

Don't hire this Law Firm! John Foy & Associates makes this company reputation terrible. He will accept money from the insurance company he is supposed to be fighting against and you WILL get the lowest possible outcome. He isn't trustworthy! That means that John Foy & Associates don't hire good partners! Run away! They all going to hell. They are trying to make injured people government dependent because they are going around telling injured people that they are not injured and to accept the lowest possible settlement! The insurance company already gave them dishonest money to settle LOW!

Extremely unprofessional, no consideration for their clients, do not respond to emails, and especially the trainee at John Foy & Associates is the worst. He is supposed to be a trainee there, but he is very rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate. He does not do anything he says he's going to do. I spoke with him over a month ago, and he sent for my medical records. It's been 45 days later than he told me, and he still hasn't called me back. I emailed him over 3 weeks ago, and I haven't received a response. When I did get them on the phone, he was mad because I got them on the phone and went to ask him what's going on with my case. Do not do business with this company at all. My name is [Your Name], call me. I have more recordings and I have all the emails to verify every word that I'm saying. This is a terrible company to deal with. This man does not represent this company from the commercials we see. Do not be swayed by these people. The trainee at John Foy & Associates is a liar and a bad attorney. He needs to be disbarred now!

John Foy & Associates I had a car accident May

I had a car accident May . I was scared, nervous and had no clue what to do. Shortly after accident my mother and step father were hospitalized with Covid-19. Almost lost my mother, so did not even think about contacting a lawyer until a month (give or take) after. With all going on I did not do research on lawyers I knew I needed to get one now, for some reason John Foy was the only phone # I knew by heart from commercials. They took my case. I was very nervous since I did no research, but they were wonderful! They stayed in touch with me and if I emailed them I had a fast response, usually same day. I even emailed long winded stuff just because of my mental stress and depression. I would still get a response and it would always be in a caring, understanding and professional manner. I would love to say I hope no one will ever need to use an attorney for stuff like this, but injuries and wrecks sadly happen. So, if you ever need a lawyer please know John Foy and associates seem to be an EXTREMELY GOOD choice.

John Foy & Associates Terrible, the paralegal did not work with her main lawyer and he treated me like trash

Terrible, the paralegal did not work with her main lawyer and he treated me like trash. The hospitals they recommend don't even take lawyer referrals and they act like that's your fault, unless you're willing to drive 3 hours. They denied me getting a loan on the case because they didn't listen to what I needed it for. I lost my job over the wreck and was broke, and they wouldn't help me complete what they were asking. They didn't even understand the physics of a car crash to explain the injury. They didn't read doctors' notes. Terrible experience and seriously want justice for what I had to go through just from dealing with John Foy & Associates. Now they are hindering my new lawyer by giving incomplete documents and saying because I was still seeking treatment, they don't have my E.R. records on file. How is that any excuse considering me and the paralegal spent months getting it together? They, as lawyers, think they are better than you and think they are smarter when they lack information. I would give less than 1 star. I am mad and still hurt because they can't get it together. Now making it even harder for me to get the help I need because they think there will be harm to them for being this way. There's no law saying they can't, I think, but that's why they are doing it. I was nothing but nice and did what they said to do, and I was trash to them. I missed work, and the lawyer said, "Who told you to do that?" I was injured in a wreck and put in a neck brace.

John Foy & Associates Communication is Everything

Communication is Everything. John Foy and Associates have been working on my case for about 4-5 months now. Initially, everything was great. I was able to call and talk to an attorney for free just to evaluate my personal injury case and see if it would even be something they could work with. I was in a wreck outside of [city], [state] and it was a pretty clean cut case. I was rear ended and the driver who hit me even admitted their fault in the accident to the police which went into the report. I was able to get in for treatment of head, neck and back injuries with no out of pocket costs and the communication was FANTASTIC all the way up until the end of my treatment. Once I finished with my treatment though, that's when things went downhill.

Once my attorney was able to get copies of my medical records after I finished my treatment, almost all communication ceased. Up until this point, I was able to stay in weekly or bi-weekly contact with my legal team just to get regular updates throughout the process of my case. But after this point, it was almost impossible to get a hold of my attorney or paralegal. My calls went unanswered, and my voicemails and emails went ignored. There IS progress still being made on my case, however it's been roughly a month since I've received any updates or information regarding it. I understand that people can get busy, but it rubs me the wrong way that nobody on my legal team can take the 1-2 minutes a week or every other week to give me a small update on my case.

My case is still ongoing and depending on how things progress, I may make changes to this review. But I find it hard to recommend John Foy and Associates right now. As of right now, my legal team seems to be doing their jobs and making progress on my case so I can't really complain on that front. But I just wish they were a little more communicative.

My name is [Your Name].
One year ago I had a car accident where a young adult rear ended me. I was left with severe neck pain. Which later landed me in the ER, where they discovered nerve damage. They sent me to physical therapy and gave me multiple epidurals and oral pain medications. I contacted the car insurance where they denied my claim they did not want to pay car rental or any other bills assoc. with the case. I decided to contact John Foy & Associates and they were glad to help. They came to my home to review my case. They later informed me that they would take my case. Later down the road they did not contact me what so ever. They did not give me a set date or any appointments to continue the case. They failed to inform me of the status of my case. I reached out multiple time and no one returned my phone calls. A few months past and I called them to inform them that I will hire a new attorney due to the lack of attention of my case. They apologized and gave me a new attorney and she stated she will continue working on my case. This attorney name is Rebecca. I was very hopeful because she put in initiative in the beginning. I started the whole process over with the new attorney, because the last attorney stated she had no information about my case. I followed all the direction the new attorney told me to do. I kept seeing my doctor and kept up with my therapies. In the mists of everything my mother became very ill and I had to travel out of the country to handle a family emergency. My mother was in ICU for one week, during that time frame I missed my therapy. I stayed in my country to make sure my mother is stable enough for me to travel back home. Once arrived back to the states I continued my therapies and went to all my appointment. Around this time my case was coming to an end, Rebecca called me and stated she was dropping my case due to the amount of payment for her work. She stated that she will not be receiving a good payout for her services and suggested me to hire a new lawyer. She submitted the charges to All State and they offered 2,300 and I have 12,000 just on hospital bills. She stated that my case would not be making any money for them and suggested to get a new lawyer. She stated that it would be better to negotiate with the insurance rather then having a lawyer. After ONE YEAR! I would have loved to know all this before hiring them. I feel like they were more interested in making money rather than helping me. I feel disappointed and she stated that it was my fault because I missed my therapies! As my lawyer she did not ask for proof of my emergency! All she saw was that I missed my therapies. I feel as though they did care about my case from the beginning! They lack principle ! They are incompetent and lack professionalism! I am still recovering from my injuries and now I am suffering from depression due to their lack of attention towards their customers. Now I am stuck with 20,000 in debt and I am still experiencing pain and all they care about is their money ! I am very frustrated it is not all about them making money ! Now I am stuck between a rock and a hard place, I have contacted multiple lawyers and no one is willing to help because it has been one year. I feel as though they a running a useless business and the lawyers should really reconsider changing careers! They do not deserve to be lawyers if this is how they are going to treat their clients. They are all rats and all they are looking for is to make an extra buck!

Emily Bell of John Foy & Associates is the woman I was referred to when I called for a consultation after my wreck. I am completely dissatisfied with the way I have been treated and the chiropractor they sent me to. If possible, I would like for her to contact me. I've been trying to reach her for a week, and every time I call she is sick! As an attorney, I expect a little more professionalism!
