It was a great experience buying our Jeep from Jay Malone. From the minute we walked in the door the first time to look at vehicles, we immediately felt welcome. Everyone from the sales team to the service writer made sure to smile and welcome you to their dealership. The business itself was clean and neat and it felt comfortable to be there. Our salesman Trevor made sure they found us any available rebate for our purchase. Trevor made sure we had a very good understanding of the Grand Cherokee's electronics and controls, and TJ the finance manager was pleasant to work with, not pushy like a lot of them can be. I have bought quite a few vehicles from other dealerships, and I can't remember any other dealership where the owner personally shook my hand and thanked me for buying from them. Thank-you Jay Malone.

We are greatly enjoying our new vehicle. Driving 2 hours from Owatonna, MN to Hutchinson, MN might seem like a stretch to most people but once we got there we were strongly welcomed by the Jay Malone Family. They took care of our needs, and answered all of our questions. If there is anyone I'd recommend to deal with you fairly; Ben Malone is your guy.
