Met with salesman and he measured opening for a new sliding glass door. Then sent out a technician for a second measurement to verify. When the installers arrived and removed the old door and positioned the new door I was terribly surprised of how much of a gap there was around the entire new door and opening. (at least 3/4 on an inch on the sides and an inch or more on the top) After the installers added the extra vinyl fill strips inside and out and chalked everywhere, the new door looked good. It has taken some time for us to get used to the new look but the door is fantastic and love all the features.

We recently had 15 windows replaced. From sales to installation, our experience was excellent. Any questions that I had were addressed immediately or routed to an employee that promptly returned my call. Our installers were professional, friendly, and left no trace of the mess that comes with replacements in old houses. Highly recommend.

We signed a contract with Jacobs Sunroom/Exteriors on 9/09. Supposed to install siding with new siding on our house. As of May 2022, we have called 5 rimes and got the run around on when they will be installing the new siding. As of 5/06/2022 they promised to give us an instillation date, same as 4 other times when we called. Too bad I can't give them a ZERO star.

The salesman was very friendly addressing our concerns and the office staff kept us informed of the progress of the window manufacturer and when to expect installation. The installers and the other installer were friendly and did a very proficient job installing the windows. I would recommend Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths to others needing their services.

Over the years, we have hired Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths to do a number of projects: roof installation, fencing installation, Doors, Windows and Patio installation. We've done a number of our projects with them because we trust them to provide quality and professionalism, and in the rare occasion something goes wrong, to stand behind their workmanship and make it right. They have done that for us and we would use them again if the opportunity presented itself - truth be known, we are almost out of things for them to do!

I would like to thank Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths and their team for the fantastic job of installing our walk-in tub. Even though the installer had to endure our two yappy dogs and our crawl space opening, he remained professional and friendly throughout the process. The installer's work was exceptional, and he was very prompt, hardly taking any breaks. He clearly takes pride in his job, as our house was left clean as if there was no construction being done. I would highly recommend Jacob Sunrooms, Exteriors & Baths to everyone for any service they offer.

Our experience with Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths was a good one. John, the sales rep who came to explain the process and give us the bid, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had a few concerns about the wording of the contract and John saw to it that the wording was changed to our satisfaction. There was also a misunderstanding in regard to a discount, but that was addressed as well. Our installation was scheduled in the time frame which we were given but had to be delayed due to illness of the installer. The second date was scheduled in a timely manner. Mark, the installer, worked very hard, got the tub installation done in one day, and did a great job. He also did a few extra things to make the new tub blend in nicely with the current finishes. He left things clean and took all old materials with him. We are very happy with the finished project.

On 6/2 I signed a contract with Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths to replace the ceiling under my deck. The total: $8250. The job was completed 10-2020. I'd had a Dry-B-Lo ceiling since 2004, which NEVER leaked, but my ceiling fan had quit working & I decided it was time to update. I was promised - GUARANTEED - that my new ceiling would keep my deck just as dry by both the salesman and the crew who installed it. The first time I happened to be under the deck when it was raining, March/21, I noticed water dripping and later running down the inside wall of the patio. For the past 5 months, I have emailed photos of rain dripping down the walls, videos of the same, & left multiple emails. Initially, 2 separate crews from Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths came out to assess the cause. They blamed it on the construction of my deck, even though, with that same deck, the patio had been completely dry with the old ceiling. The owner/manager (?) Jacob Smith promised to look at the ceiling, but never did. Their 5 yr warranty - useless!
