It’s Fashion Metro review: Sandals and shirt

I bought a pair of sandals shirt and shorts from the gulfport ms it’s fashion metro. The sandals broke within an hour of my 1st time wearing them to a party on saturday 6/10. The shirt came loose at the seams on the front and back of the shirt before I made it to the party. When I bought them back for a refund I was told I had to have a receipt. I came back with the receipt the following day and was told I could not have a refund because I wore it. The return policy states that a refund can happen if the item is defective.
