Great customer service and always a pleasure working with Dan. I have been a customer for over 5 years and Iowa PC Services is always there to keep everything running smoothly.

Have always received great service. Very responsive when I've contacted them for help, or to simply ask a question. Knowledgeable and customer friendly (explains in layman's terms).

Quick, flexible service and followup. After fixing my hard drive, I needed more than usual guidance on how different programs were integrated and they took the time to help me. I will use again if I have similar problems or if I get in over my head with a new app.

Iowa PC Services is a great company to deal with. They are prompt, helpful and caring about their customers. Dan worked on a problem with software that we were having on a Silhouette Cameo cutting machine. His diligence on getting the problem solved was great and he did get the software working again. They have also been instrumental in providing recommendations for equipment that I needed to purchase but just didn't have the time or knowledge to review it. I bought a brand new HP Computer with Windows 10. The tech came to my home and spent 5 hours trying to get stuff moved from my old computer to the new one. Nothing worked. He added several programs I have never heard of and they would not work with my former programs. Most of photos and documents were not available to open. Some looked like they were there and then when they were clicked on they were blank. The computer also could not get working with my HP Officejet Pro printer. I could no longer Scan documents or print photos or print hardly any documents. This was an $860 nightmare. I am now trying to return my new computer. I also asked for part of the money back from the tech but it was denied.

Iowa PC Services does an awesome job keeping my computer updated and resolving any issues I have with my computer. Even throughout the pandemic, they were able to resolve any issues remotely. My computer issues can be challenging because I am blind and use screen reading software and a scanner. They deal with it all. I have used Iowa PC Services for several years and have always received timely service. In addition to keeping my computer updated, they also hooked up my Echo devices. Now I can listen to baseball games through my MLB account on my Echo devices. Go Yankees!
