Chris did a thorough job explaining everything the crew would do in replacing the roofs on our home and two garages. Michael was excellent and the crew was so hard working. All together the Paducah team that worked on our house was very professional and personable. Highly recommended.

Phillip, Trent, Johnathan, Michael and crew did a great job! The roof looks great and they were very detailed with the clean up. They completed the job on time. The color of the roof really looks good with the colors of the house. We highly recommend Integrity Roofing and this Harrisburg crew.

We were very pleased with the work on our fascia and bird boxes. The workers were courteous and hard working and I was especially pleased with how they cleaned everything up before they left. Chris Johnson walked us through the process and Shawn Thompson efficiently managed the crew on site during installation. The crew conducted themselves professionally and entertained the kids while replacing the skylights with the kids watching from inside the house. I called multiple companies for roofing estimates and Integrity Roofing & Exteriors with integrity was the only one that took the time to come out and do a complete inspection and gave me options to choose from. Everyone was professional through the entire process and made sure I was happy. I would recommend Integrity Roofing & Exteriors to anyone that needs a roofing project completed.

Integrity Roofing & Exteriors was amazing to work with! We had a pretty complicated leak around our stone chimney, and their team came right out to investigate. They figured out a plan of action and got a wonderful team together that was able to fix it for us. I know it was a tedious job, but they did it and did it well! No leaks since! I just had a repair job but Nash walked me through all the options so we could make the best decision for our situation. Shawn and Michael showed up to do the work and were in and out of here in a little over an hour. They did a great job and even went beyond what I thought they should do. The roof looks great! In 2-3 years when I need a full roof replacement, I will be making only one call and that will be to Integrity Roofing and Exteriors.

And when job was being done Shawn Smith customer experience manager over saw all the fine details of the job and even to protecting my roses so they wouldn't get damaged. Great people that deliver on what they promise. The team from Integrity Roofing & Exteriors came out to inspect the damages and offered us some options on replacement after the December tornado. They were professional and thorough and made sure we understood the entire process. With the multiple projects we needed, John, German, Sarah, Mike, and Emily made sure everything was done the way it was supposed to be done. We had an excellent experience with Integrity Roofing; we first met Chris and he gave us the estimate and all that would be done on the job; he gave detailed information and came by often to check on job; Shawn Johnson was on the job daily and made sure all the work was completed; we enjoyed talking to Chris and Shawn, very pleasant and answered all our questions. The workers were excellent and very polite; they were the hardest workers I have seen in a long time. We are so satisfied with job that we would highly recommend Integrity Roofing and especially Chris and Shawn for a “job well done".

Getting a new roof is almost as stressful as buying a house, but after seeing a lot of positive reviews we contacted Integrity roofing. Dillon came to look things over and give us an estimate. We were wanting value, quality, and a hassle-free experience and that's exactly what we got. From the first estimate meeting with Dillon, to the day of the install with Michael and German, the entire experience gave us piece of mind and was stress-free. The install was done in a single day, and Michael was on-site the entire time to help us with any questions or issues, of which there were not any. The whole crew was amazing, careful, and thorough, especially in cleaning up all those pesky old nails. They truly lived up their name and I will recommend Integrity roofing to everyone.

Integrity Roofing is a company that takes pride in their work, reputation, and name. They go way above and beyond the expectations for a roofing contractor. I met Nash when he was referred to me by my son in law who has been thrilled with all 3 projects Integrity has done for him. He walked me through the insurance process which is a headache in itself and made it painless. He also helped find an extra 5,000 dollars that my insurance didn't pay initially. So glad we've got a company around that not only excels up front before a job, but also excels in every facet of the job from signing the contract to the final clean up after the job was done. Have to mention all of the crew involved with the install. Thank you for all of the hard work to Michael, Trent, Shawn, Dustin, and Mark! Fantastic job guys! My wife and I were very pleased with the roof and gutter replacement project completed on a house we're having renovated in Paducah. Nash did an exceptional job in getting us a quote in a timely manner, working with scheduling to get us on the docket ASAP, and communicating with us every step of the way on when he expected the job to be completed. Once done, he sent pictures of the completed work, including both the roof and gutter jobs done by separate crews, which allowed us to view the finished product along with the high quality of workmanship performed by both the roofing and gutter teams. If Integrity were located in Lexington, we'd have them replace the roof on our home here, which is close to needing a replacement roof. With any luck, we will at least be able to find a company with a person as knowledgeable, straightforward, and honest as Nash to guide us through the roof replacement process when that time arrives for our own home roof replacement.

I received a quote from Jose the contractor who completed a roof across the street. After review he found I had hail damage and consulted with me daily to help the insurance claim process. After the roof was completed in cold weather I questioned the temp for install he assured me as long as it is forty degrees the roof would be fine. Roof was completed November. I was not able to inspect the whole roof due to weather. I had questions concerning the ruffles in the shingles, he would just press them down and blamed cold weather. That was the beginning of my problems. He quoted the roof would be installed for the cost of what ever the insurance payment was. My first bill was for an additional amount, this game went on and the insurance would deny any payment until the amount was correct, after several attempt Jose threatened me with the CEO and the company suing me. Finally the insurance paid. All work purposed (quoted) by the company to the insurance WAS NOT completed. Weather permitting my inspection revealed the only thing completed was the shingles replaced. What was not done was gutter guards replaced, drip edge was reused and bent causing water leaking from the gutter and roof, air conditioner was not repaired, window wrap was not replaced, also the vents on the roof was painted not replaced the list goes on and is tremendous of what was not completed. Six months of emails from Jose returned no work completed his story began he was a chaplain or some sort of preacher with the reserves is why he could never get back to me. The life time warranty clearly does not exists, customer service DO NOT exists. No replay from company or contractor. None of the installers spoke English, if the they did, they did choose to ignore my questions. Almost two years in the attempt to fix or obtain a monetary settlement with the company and this has not happened yet. I have started a lawsuit to obtain funds for a reputable company to repair all the defects left from INTEGRITY. I am seeking all lawyer fees as well as any further damage caused by this company. None of the phone numbers were ever answered by the company on the very expensive paper work and folders or business cards that were given to me. They look legit buy they are NOT.
