Finally, a company that would actually take the time to help me understand WHAT is going on. I've spoken to a few which will remain unnamed...all you have to know is that these guys took the time and had the patience to walk me through the process while I had asked every question in the book. For that reason, they got my business and the others did not...

I am happy to say my experience with Innovative Tax Relief was very good. Each employee was knowledgeably and courteous, and any questions I had, were answered promptly. My Senior Case Manager, Josue Quinones, was extremely helpful and treated me with the upmost respect and care. I would highly recommend this conducting business with Innovative Tax Relief.

I spoke with one the agents there named Coy. He was professional and listened to my circumstances. Coy calmed me down and gave me assurance that he would assist me. This company isn?t in this business just for the money. They are there to assist you in a situation that can be very scary. It has been a true pleasure doing business with Coy and his associates.

They help me resolve an issue that I had hired what I thought was a good company., only to find out I was conned and taken for 6500 dollars for no reason at all. Innovative Tax Relief even shared with me how to go about recovering my loss. I am so thankful for their company in a time when trust is very hard to find.

This company and the case manager named [Name] and [Name] are two of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I was verbally assaulted by [Name] and when I reported the verbal assault to [Name], he called me telling me I needed to apologize to [Name]. Are you kidding me? I just told him his employee just verbally assaulted me and he blames the customer. I pleaded, no, I begged to have someone else work on my case but they refused, making up some lie about me calling someone a [offensive word]. Yes, he actually put that word in an email to a customer. Unbelievable unprofessional behavior. If I could put a negative 5 stars, I would.

I have been very grateful for the help I received from both Coy James and Ozie Gomez. Mr. James and Mr.Gomez explained everything in the process very well and in a way that I was able to understand and be comfortable with from start to finish. They were reassuring about the process. The amount that they charged was very fair for the discovery process I would recommend them to anyone in need of help. I would have them represent me to the end of the process if I were able.
