This company doesn't send forms
I have registered on the website www.Immigrationdirect.com. I have paid for $200 for the forms, which I haven’t received. I understood that something was wrong, so I decided to contact the reps from this company. But my emails went to nowhere. I searched in the Internet and found that they scammed other people as well. They received money from the users and did nothing. Don’t pay them, please.
Scam
I’m United States citizen and I was helping my sister and her husband to renew their green cards. They have emigrated from India 10 years ago. I’ve searched the web for immigration application forms and eventually I’ve found website Imigrationdirect.com. On that website I’ve found application form #190 (the one that is used to renew green card) and filled it in. As far as I knew at that point all of those application forms should have been completely free but after filling the one on this website the popup suggested that I have to pay $149 fee per application. In total I was charged $300 for both my sister and her husband. That is a very big price for the service that is supposed to be free. Straight away I’ve called Immigration Department and I was confirmed that Imigrationdirect.com illegally charged me. Right now I have submitted a case in small claim court and I hope that this issue will be resolved in my favor. Thank you and stay safe.
