I had an online consult for cool sculpting versus cool tone. I signed up scheduled appts for the ideal image in Buford Georgia. First off I am very disappointed. My first session was on my buttocks, I ordered treatment for buttocks and abdomen to begin with. My first visit the machine did not work on one side. I relayed this twice to the nurse that I didnt not feel the machine on the left side of my buttocks. I was reassured that if there was an error that the machine would alert an error. The nurse did not attempt to check the machine nor did she attempt to take off and reapply to see if that made a difference. My second visit, apparently my appointment got changed and I was not notified so I drove an hour and a half away just to be told I did not have an appointment. My third visit I was called and they needed to shift the schedule due to no staff being available. this appt apparently was not canceled and I was charged a cancellation fee for an appt that I did not change but the office changed. Then I attempted another appt this time I brought my daughter with me, now granite i brought one of my kids with me the first visit and never was I told that no kids were allowed. So again I drove an hour and a half for a visit that was refused because I had my daughter with me. NOT HAPPY one bit. There is no sign posted that no kids are allowed the receptionist was very rude didn't even ask my dad but immediately told me my appt would need to be cancelled because kids were not allowed in the building. I told them to cancel my appts and I wanted a refund and corporate to contact me, and I got a corporate number. I call corporate was left on hold then eventually hung up on. In the meantime I am paying on a loan through ally that only 2 treatments was completed and these treatments were going to be completed in the recommended time frame due to consistently changing my appts due to no staff. I also work fulltime as a nurse and am a mother that being called every week to change multiple appts becomes a nuisance. Since being told that I could not go into my appt due to having my daughter with me I have yet to have been called to find out why I have not completed my treatments. This is not a cheap procedure and I am highly disappointed to be paying on a loan that I did not receive treatment for nor has anyone bothered to call me to figure out what is going on but I did get a call within 30 minutes when I first inquired about this treatment. So because you all got paid I'm left with a loan and no treatment plan completion. Very disappointed in this company and I would like immediate action. I will not continue to pay for services I did not receive I want a complete refund.
