Idea Cellular review: No proper service and no proper response to the customers 22

I A yaswanth krishna bearing phone number [protected] requested to change my postpaid connection to prepaid on [protected] in idea store located at dwaraka nagar visakhapatnam with all valid proofs. But, till today [protected]) my number in out of service condition. Even today also they are not responding properly. This is not a good way to behave with customer. so, I need activation for my sim and clarification regarding worst response from idea.

i have gang sim of Idea..my value voucher's expiry date is 5th january, 2010.in this voucher i hv charged 10 paisa/min gang to gang before 5pm &after 10 pm, and not charged any daily fix charge, which is 1 rs.bt yesterday i'v been charged 50p/min gang to gang before 5 pm...plz solve my problem.my no. is [protected].

IDEA SERVICE PROVIDER FOR MOBILE HAD STARTED DIALER TONE SERVICE WITHOUT MY PERMISSION WHEN I CALL THEM ON 4444 ATTENDENT SAYS THAT IMFORMATION WILLBE PROVIDED AFTER 12 HR. BECAUSE IT IS NOT UP DATED .THEY CAN DIDUCT MONY URGENTLY BUT IMFORMATION UP DATES AFTER 12 HR ?.ALSO NOT READY TO GIVE PHONE NUMBER OF HIS SUPERIOR.

I was told that in RS998 for 3 years i will get all calls in INDIA @Re1/min.without any extra charges. After giving the payment of the connection now they are demanding a lot for the same facility from the very first call.So i did not make even a single call. I requested them to refund my money and cancel the connection. But after taking the payment they are not showing any interest. Very poor service!

I have choose a dialer tone, and send sms to activation but after i have pay 30 Rs acc. to terms my tone option could not activated (at the time of apply this facility my a/c bal is Rs 30.44 Ps) and after that they send sms me my activation has been cancelled due insufficient balance, its ok but why my acct. is charged to rs 30, if my activation is being failed. Beware!

My friendss balance was deducted on 04 Feb 14 Rs. 64/- without any
request sent by him on mobile no.[protected] Praveen Baranwal...This type
of deduction without any request by customer is a black fame for
Idea...plz do the needful...

sir my idea no [protected] and my sms pack is activated from 27 may to june 25 but they deduct my sms charges of approx 25 Rs from 2 june to 4 june and coustemer care personnel r not giving me details and not refunding money pls help

Unecessary International roaming charge taken from my account and even no access, 300 Rs extra cut off from my accout for what no detail.. International rate is differance between automatic record and while talking to Customer care..
