H&R Block / HRB Digital review: Emerald card

I had no idea my state refund was loaded march 1st I had 1.00 I called cause my pin wasn't working and then the lady said well you did a 202 withdrawal I'm like no well kind of find out I got alert saying that it was my state refund was deposited but nothing was there I went home what are my computer looked at the transactions for for transactions of $202 made in a town I've never been to and something called p a i and I have called The emerald card and file the you know they said couple days I'll get my money back the investigation guy will call you Monday don't worry haven't heard from them I called no update this is horrifying you know they don't care that I need that money for groceries and my car payment this has never happened to me ever this is the first time I ever got this card it will be the last I'm so upset I don't know how this happened but it's fraud and I looked up this where it said it was withdrawn it these people it even said that there's multiple transactions from this this if it says it's on your statement it's fraud I just want my money back so whoever took it it was loaded and they took it basically the minute it was loaded and you know what's funny is h&r block sent me the same card like five or six of them with the same card number everything I thought that was weird but you know so if that's the case how many other cars are made of
