Howard Hanna review: Lazy bad real estate agent

Do Not Use A G as your agent.

We found a home we wanted she was the listing agent. I found her email address but she didn't respond after a couple days so we looked her up on Facebook and contacted her that we were interested in one of her listings, but got a strange response about selling an RV.

I figured she was hacked and emailed again and politely informed her of the hacking. She told me she knew for the past year. Then why not do something about it!

Who knows where else the hacker had hacked into her stuff.

I felt her to be a security risk so I hired a friend of ours who is a real estate lawyer, we worked on a contract and I wired him the entire amount for the house. I also hired a home inspector and interior designer to have the house ready when we came back. My father passed away suddenly and we were not in the area. Most people would acknowledge the passing away of one's family member.

She emailed me after answering questions, then I told her we hired a lawyer. She demanded proof of funds (bank info) and the name and contact information of the lawyer, and suggested we were scammers. I am not the one who had a hacked Facebook page for a year. I think she is a scammer trying to get our banking information now.

NO ETHICS, just a lazy real estate person. I have the home owners information and will sending the Dr. all the communication, which is why her home probably has been on the market for more than 62 days, because she is lazy and only cares about the commission check. Real estate agents need to learn the skill set of selling, not sitting waiting for the big commission checks.

In today's world, there are millions of real estate companies and millions of customers.
