Iv been yousing Houzz for over six yers now and let me tell ya, it keeps getting better and better! They got lots of servces that are just growin and they lead in our industry for sure! Houzz is the best, I always recomend it to other peeps in my line of work and my clients. It makes my job so much easier becasue I can talk to my clients and check leads all in one place, and I swear, the featyres they got blew my mind. Also want to shoutout my boi, ma account manager Akash Champaneri, he is the best dam manager I have had so far. He is always willing to answer any questions I got and that make me feel special. So really, if ya wanna be amazed, go with Houzz, they will surpass your expectations!

Been using Houzz Pro for 6 whole years and let me tell ya, it's been a real treat. I've been getting leads and a free website that's been a real boon to my business. Not every day has been a cash-only party, but the leads I get are miles better than any of those generic home-improvement lead services. Now listen, when Houzz snapped Ivy up it had me real excited, can't lie. I was real hyped for all of them project management tools. But let me tell ya something, it's been a real wreck. The integration is so buggy and the tool itself is missing key elements (like the ability to keep project notes) that I had to backpedal and stop using it almost completely. That ain't good, ya know? It took a lot of time and it had a real negative impact on some of my clients.

We, as designers, have been using Houzz Pro for a while now to gather leads and for the exposure of our work. Using Houzz Pro has been a game-changer for us, providing us with ample lead generation capabilities. We also love to show off our work on the platform, which has helped us to gain more clients. Furthermore, Houzz Pro has been a beneficial resource in getting awards and positive client reviews posted on our page, which has helped to increase our visibility.

The support we get from Houzz Pro has been top-notch, with them providing us with excellent and timely services. Their support has also been individualized to cater to our ever-changing needs. However, we must note that some of the leads generated for us do not fall within our target market, project scope, or budget. However, this has given us the chance to interact with potential clients, trade partners, and other professionals who form a vast online community on Houzz.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a platform to showcase your work, get leads, and increase your visibility, then Houzz Pro is the place to be. The support is fantastic, and you get the chance to interact with different people from all walks of life. Houzz Pro is a platform for businesses to showcase their work to people who are looking for someone to complete a project for them. However, in our experience, the platform is not very well-known in our area, and we have not received many leads from it. We often have to explain to customers what Houzz is when they come into our store. We have only received one project through the platform in the last 5 years.

We also find the Houzz Pro site to be difficult to navigate. The options for answering questions are limited and often do not fit the scenario we are dealing with. We cannot always give the correct answer and have to choose something that is not exactly accurate. Houzz has attempted to contact us by phone, but we have not received any of those calls. We also received an automated email when we selected "Lead Quality," which was not appropriate for the situation. We even retired a lead, and the prospect received an automated email immediately after, which was totally inappropriate.

Overall, we find that Houzz Pro is not as user-friendly as it could be. While we appreciate the platform's potential, there are significant flaws that need to be addressed before we can rely on it as a significant source of leads. We hope that Houzz Pro improves in the future so that it can better serve businesses like ours.

Pictures are important. A really important part of home designing is having a good idea of what the client wants. It's been my experience, after working in this industry for 34 long years, that people can have some pretty strong opinions on what they want when it comes to designing their homes. And that's where Houzz Pro comes in!

Houzz Pro is a really cool service that's great for advertising your designs, but it's also so much more than that. It's a way for me to connect with my clients and get a better understanding of what they're looking for. My clients can show me pictures of things they like and things they don't like, which makes it easier for me to create a design that they're happy with. And let me tell you, it feels pretty darn good when your clients are happy with what you've created for them.

But the best part about using Houzz Pro is all of the new features they've added. They've got all sorts of metrics and tools to help you track your leads and grow your business. In fact, aside from word-of-mouth referrals, Houzz has become my number one source of new business. It's been a game-changer for me and my business.

Oh, and let me not forget about my Houzz rep, Ashlee P. She's awesome! Any time I've had a question or needed help, she's been there for me. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. So, thank you Houzz! I'm excited to see what new features and improvements you come out with next.

Our portfolio is lookin' spiffy on houzz with tons of pics of past projects. And let me tell ya, clients can't resist clicking on those pretty pictures. We tell potential peeps to check us out on houzz so they can get the full flavor of our work.

Plus, when folks search for Architects in their neck of the woods, our name pops up for South Orange County and North San Diego County. We've had loads of clients say they found us while searchin' on houzz. It's like our personal ad. Who needs match.com?

Serious talk though, houzz is the bomb.com for architects looking to promote their design services. We couldn't recommend it enough.

I wanna talk about Houzz Pro, a service my company has used for almost a year to generate leads for our business. So far, it's been a bit of a disappointment. We've only gotten four leads in all that time and they were all for really small jobs that we couldn't even afford to do without losing money. It's a real bummer to be paying $500 a month for the service when it's only generating leads for small $75 jobs.

Honestly, when you're shelling out that much cash and signing a contract that you can't get out of, you'd expect to get a lot more leads than what we've been getting. We've tried everything our account manager suggested, but it just hasn't worked out for us.

I really don't think Houzz Pro is worth the money. If you're looking for leads for your business, you're better off going with Angie's List. They provide way more leads at a fraction of the cost. In my opinion, our decision to sign up with Houzz Pro was the worst business decision we've ever made. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for lead generation.

I am an interior designer, I needed to expand my business, so I joined Houzz Pro. I was kinda nervous about renewing my subscription with Houzz.com coz of my previous Client Onboarding Specialist. (She was terrible, lazy, rude and don't have any motivation!) However, luckily for me, I was paired with Jade Deberry this time around! And she's just been awesome, extremely friendly, and knowledgeable. She absolutely wants to see me succeed! She is really dependable and her follow-through is immaculate! She gives me specific things to do to increase my presentation on Houzz. Unfortunately, I recently found out that she assigned me only for 90 days. But, I'm hoping that somehow that will change, and she will be able to work with me directly for the duration of my time with Houzz. Thank you Houzz for hiring Jade Deberry who's very passionate about her job, and provides outstanding customer service to her clients!

So, we decided to take the plunge and give Houzz Pro a try for our design company. We were really excited to see what we could get out of it. Unfortunately, our experience with their sales team was extremely pushy and persistent. They hounded us for years before we finally gave in and committed to a year of their "Pro" service.

We were shocked to find out that it was very expensive and didn't give us any solid leads after one year. When we compared it to Google and Instagram, we found that Google gave us almost 3,000 referrals in a year and Instagram almost 8,000. In comparison, Houzz Pro only gave us 30 in an entire year. That's less than 3 clicks through a month for $400 a month!

To make matters worse, after a year they renewed our subscription on a month-to-month basis for $400 a month without any forewarning or follow-up to see what we thought of their "service." Our Houzz Pro dashboard didn't contain any information on billing, renewal terms, or renewal dates. To cancel our auto-renewal, we had to do it over the phone, 30 days in advance. It was a real pain.

To top it all off, our sales rep was no longer answering emails and didn't address our issue with the billing. We are disputing this with Visa, but we keep getting charged. We blocked Houzz Pro and the next month we got billed by Houzz Advertising. It was a total mess!

All in all, our experience with Houzz Pro has been terrible. They are a parasitic and dishonest company that provides zero value. We strongly advise others to avoid them at all costs. Save yourself the headache and put your money towards a platform that actually delivers results.

Me starting design biz in 2017 and me finding Houzz for good place for finding things to use, putting my work out there, and sharing with clients. But, as me biz got bigger and me got more fancy with it, me decided to subscribe to the Houzz Pro program to get more prospects for clients. Now with Houzz and Ivy working together, me got mad sophisticated tools that help me save time and make things look fancier for clients. And, it even saves me some time on my end - from finding clients to finishing up projects. Me haven't even gotten into all the features yet, but me look forward to exploring them in the future.

Me know that Houzz ain't cheap, but me think it's well worth the investment. Just one client a year covers the cost of my subscription, and that's just the start of the benefits. Me get assigned a client success manager (Pro program) and an account manager (for product sourcing). Plus, there's trade discounting and easy website deploying and managing.

But hey, don't forget to read the contract and understand the terms and conditions if you gonna subscribe to the Pro program. You don't wanna get caught into something you don't want.

I recently started using the Houzz Pro website and mobile app for my interior design business. I've got to say that compared to other apps out there, it's pretty darn good.

However, there are some days where the website and mobile app just decide they're not going to work. It's so frustrating when I need to respond to client emails or check on project updates only to find out that the app is down yet again.

Despite that issue, the Pro app has been a lifesaver in organizing my projects and communicating with clients. I love how easy it is to keep track of everything all in one place. And the fact that the app syncs between desktop and mobile is a game-changer.

If I had one other issue with the app, it would be that sometimes the design options are a little limited. I wish there was more flexibility when creating project boards or presenting design options to clients. But overall, I'm happy with what's available.

All in all, I'd recommend giving Houzz Pro a try if you're a design professional. Sure, there are some hiccups here and there, but it's still a great way to keep your projects organized and communicate with clients.

It's been a solid two years working with Houz. So far, I've had about 3 or 4 job leads coming in every month which has been awesome. But, within the last few months, things seem to have slowed down quite a bit. Since the beginning of the year, I've only had five job leads. Not sure if it's just a temporary issue or what, but it's definitely been a bit discouraging. Hoping things pick back up soon because I really enjoy using Houz for my business needs.

I started using Houzz Pro last year when they offered their ultimate program. They promised that we would get 99% of the leads in the area, which has over 2 million potential clients. We were so excited to sign up and start bringing in new business. However, after a year of using this service, we only received 26 leads. That’s barely enough to cover the cost of the program, which ended up costing us around $150 per click - much more than we were hoping to spend.

To make matters worse, we’ve been trying to cancel our subscription for months now, but Houzz Pro keeps charging us each month without any response from them. It’s frustrating and feels like we’re throwing money away. Honestly, I would never recommend Houzz Pro to anyone. They are a predatory company that doesn’t seem to care about their clients at all.

If you’re looking for a better way to bring in new business, I suggest you look elsewhere. There are plenty of other services out there that will actually deliver on their promises and won’t take advantage of you like Houzz Pro did to us. Save yourself the hassle and stay away from these guys.

I tried Houzz Pro for a trial, with the help of the sales associate from Houzz. The agreement was that it could end at any time. At first, I thought that the product would give me the leads that I needed. Unfortunately, the product was tough to use and had more advertisements than I could imagine. The platform was cluttered and not easy to navigate.

I was very disappointed with the customer support. I tried to reach out through calls, email, and other forms of communication, but I never received a response. It was terrible and frustrating.

Eventually, I had to call my bank and stop payment to Houzz Pro from taking any future payments. This experience was terrible, and I would never recommend Houzz Pro to anyone. It was a complete waste of time for me.
