I should have been paid out 55,000,000+ and they only paid out 13,000,000+. I contacted my “VIP” contact (from whom I’ve heard nothing) on 3/30. Today is 4/13...two full weeks and there has been no action on my complaint at all. They do not honor the payouts they are supposed to make.
Update 4/22. Still no response from my alleged “VIP” contact. Totally disgusted with myself for ever dropping any money into this app. DO NOT EVEN PLAY FOR “FREE”. They promise payouts then don’t deliver. Shocking that i have not heard from the app developer, CONSIDERING THEIR SOFTWARE IS DEFECTIVE... not surprisingly, always in their favor. In any regulated slot machine, the developer would be fined for fraud and hopefully jailed.
The developer did contact me and gave me a standard “contact us” answer...WHICH I HAVE DONE TWICE BEFORE IN THE LAST THREE WEEKS. They also tried to give me a “free” gift, which I had to go through Facebook to get...and when i went to get this alleged gift, it started to reload my app. Since i have way too much credit to lose, i closed the download. Any other “gift” came via their own email system.
HEY DEVELOPERS, I HAVE CONTACTED YOU THREE TIMES NOW AND YOU STILL HAVE NOT MADE THIS SITUATION RIGHT. WHEN, IF EVER, DO YOU PLAN TO TO HONOR YOUR PAYOUT COMMITMENTS?
4/27. They sent me an email, which wound up in my junk folder, dated 3/10. That email advised they COULDN’T VERIFY MY ACCOUNT (Even though my complaint was sent to them through THEIR OWN EMAIL SYSTEM FROM MY ACCOUNT. THEY
DEMANDED SEVERAL ANSWERS WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF THEIR EMAIL OR THEY WOULD CLOSE OUT THEIR TICKET. THEY NEVER ADVISED THEY REPLIED IN MY REGULAR EMAIL, AND I NEVER SAW THEIR EMAILS UNTIL EARLY APRIL BECAUSE THEY GOT SENT TOMY JUNK MAIL.
IN SHORT, THESE DEVELOPERS ARE DISHONEST, WITHOUT A SHRED OF HONESTY OR DECENCY. THEY WILL NOT DO THE RIGHT THING WHEN THEIR SOFTWARE SCREWS YOU OVER.
DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THESE ON-LINE GAMBLING SITES ARE REGULATED? AND BY WHOM?

Ah another company hell bent on one thing... STEALING YOUR MONEY. Time and time again these companies continue to break the law with so many promises they tell you about buying coins or buying whatever just to fill their greedy little pockets with your hard earned money. People it’s pointless to ask for refunds or anything resulting in you losing coins or prizes. THEY DON’T CARE. I have found that contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com is a much more gratifying thing because what happens is after you explain to them how they rip you off you tell them to investigate them and nine times out of 10 they always start an investigation into these companies for fraud. Multiple companies have actually been called out for their illegal algorithms and how they literally cheat you out of never never giving what they’re supposed to give you but always constantly telling you to buy coins shoving it in your face with the ads on a daily basis. So what’s the alternative? Deleting the game or if you have children and they don’t understand the best thing to do is contact the ComplaintsBoard.com have them start investigating these companies for frauds I have been doing this almost daily now on the iTunes Store because it’s getting out of hand now how much these people are legit lying to you and ripping you off blindly.

I remember when smart phones first came around and the apps started coming out for games it was all based on fun and to kill time and a lot of these games were just so enjoyable to play but now they’ve literally become one thing a cash cow that’s all it is but there are ways to putting these companies out of business. Once they have been accused of fraud then the investigations will begin. Stop giving away your money to thieves. You will NEVER EVER win it’s that simple. Now after writing this, these cowards won’t respond to me as most of them don’t. Do yourself a favor and just go to a real casino. At least you have a REAL chance of winning something.

The game has gotten way better. Lots of new games and lots more fun.

Great graphics... There is a lot of reel skipping still...random reel spins, can't prove it either way. There are definate patterns when your coin count is down. You have a better chance of keeping your coin count in Vegas than this game. I'll Bet 99% of players have never maintained a very high coin count for very long! Customer service is good.

Still buying coins with little results...I've noticed the review comments say generally the same thing. I.e. " I love this game, but can't win any coins."
Review after review after review. The random spin only lands on 5 different numbers. The Vegas machines pay out more than these do. If your coin count is below a certain level, kiss it good bye. They want you to spend your hard earned money. Yet, they give nothing in return so you can have truly fun experience. GREED...is unflattering...it's one of the seven deadly sins. Because I post negative comments, they make sure I won't ever win any real amount and I haven't!

There is no such thing as a random spin!

Still buying coins nothing to show for it.

I keep wanting to give you guys a great review but I can't . I know you were bought out. I have, in the last few days, bought a lot of coin. Again, gambling is when you have a chance to win. In your game, there is NO chance. DOC or BUSINESS OVERSIGHT BOARD would most likely want to see where funds are coming from plus look at your payouts over the past year. Also to ensure the spin is random!

Whenever I spin your reel it actually SEARCHES for a certain number that keeps coming up, over n over n over n over n over n over n oven again n again. Come on you guys are better than that.

This game is fun. Wife and I still play since they first showed up.

So, I am adding to my previous review. If I can keep the original and shed light on the deceit of this company you will be able to read the original review.

Don't buy credits! (Explanation coming)

So, some may have been roped in by fake ads (in the form of a comment; of someone claiming they had won the progressive and someone from house of fun called them. Implying a true cash payout was received. This simply would not happen and is only trying to generate more people downloading their app, and potentially paying for credits to play in hopes of winning said progressive and perhaps real money! So sad!)

Then, once you do happen to get that lucky progressive win, you do not win a mini, to full progressive jackpot. You are given yet another mini game, in which you need to once again "get lucky" enough to win five gems (in ten spins) at which time, again, you don't win said progressive amount, you pick a symbol and whatever is behind that symbol is what you win. (Some of these values are barely what you bet initially!)

This is virtual money, these games are easily almost as tight as Vegas (I'd say they are at a 97 or 98 payout rate (maybe worse, but I am trying to be fully honest)) however, they can't even be as honorable as Vegas and give you the payout you deserve for winning said progressive. I have won progressive jackpots in real cash slots. So I do know what I am talking about.

The games themselves are usually correctly paid out and fairly decent, but obviously the company simply is corrupt in their way of handling payouts of larger proportion. I think it's very sad. Please! Don't support this company by purchasing credits from them!

It seems okay. More along real casino play, but constantly trying to get you to do things which up their view and sell chips. That's somewhat annoying.

Slightly stingy on the payouts. Every three hours and every twelve hours a spin which usually pays fairly low.

I think the issue with this app is to keep you just happy enough to spend more money. It takes a good amount of time to truly lose your money, depending on the type of game you play. However, it seems the more you bet the more you win, except it is never enough to clear the bet. Take for example playing the games and you get 5 of a kind on a 5 reel setup and you don’t even make back your bet or you just make your bet... that is extremely unsatisfying. While I understand this is a game designed to actually make money, which is why there are hundreds of games for every type of person out there, most require you to play more to unlock. More plays more in game money used, while you can get free daily buffs by logging in or syncing your info so they can attract other players it isn’t enough to make it worth it in my opinion.

If you want mind numbing boring slots that sound and look like your winning, again dependent on the game, this is for you. If you want to play slots and lose mind numbing amounts to get close to making your money back, this is also for you. For reference I have dumped over 100,000 in game coins, only a few dollars in real life, and not won a single pot larger then [protected] coins. Again the idea is to keep you just happy enough to keep playing. Certain games will drain that quicker then others as they are a type of game that require a buildup of money with little to no payout. Again just enough to keep you playing with no real action.

I play slots when I am around them and am relatively successful, when I am up I cash out. However I truly don’t believe in the 100,00 plus thousand coins spent in game I have yet to really go over my starting number. Obviously people win large payouts of 100’s of millions but I think smaller overall jackpots with more frequent hitting would make me like this game more, I play to hit I don’t play till I hit. Read that again I play to hit, not till I hit. The many games I have played on this app just don’t do that as it is designed to string you along till you just don’t have the in game coins and have to pay to get more the true desire of every major casino.

This game is designed to feed off that gambling addiction some people struggle with just to get your real cash. I only downloaded this game for an ad reward for another game. So I don’t really care about “winning” or anything.

General game play is clunky at best. When auto spinning, there could be a million pop ups in between you pressing spin and when the spin counter reaches zero. Meaning idle play with auto spin is impossible since said pop ups will pause your auto spin until you interact with it.

When playing, even at the lowest bet amount, no matter what game you play, you’ll never gain money. Either you stay stagnant or lose “cash” rapidly. I left my phone idle for 20 minutes sitting at $25k in the game and when I came back it was next to zero.

When there’s a “spin” that could potentially win you a lot of cash, the game will just basically respin giving you a lower or no payout. This was made evident when I noticed some spins took longer to finish than others. Also, in one of the games during an “event” the spin was just about to land on the highest multiplier but instead slowly crept for about a solid 2 minutes(not kidding) before landing on the lowest multiplier.

So basically they’re just trying to scam you out of your real money in many different ways.

I don’t even play these gambling games but this one is the worst out there. If you like these types of games go play the huge slots one, the rewards in that game is better laid out and the UI isn’t horrible like this piece of junk.

Edit: I’ve been reading the developer responses to low win payouts and wins in general. I get that this game is based off a random number generator, but that doesn’t change the fact that payouts for said wins are tiny. Payout from “wins” is generally 0.5x times the amount bet and the so called “big wins” are barely 1.2x the bet amount. In the time I’ve been watching the spins and what not, I’d get a big win /maybe/ 1% of the time.

In all, this game is rigged in so many ways it’s not even funny. Literally play any other slot game, you’ll have a better time. Can’t wait to hit level 20 so I can delete this god forsaken app off my phone.

How can I best describe playing on HoF, hmmm let's see, "it's the build up to the let down". The games look great but the gameplay is short and bitter sweet because you don't get to play long because the games don't pay out or pay very little. I don't understand why HoF has their games tweaked this way. Just as bad as the real casinos. They're tons of other slot apps out there that are on par with HoF which is why I have them as well, but I get way better gaming time from the others. HoF wants you to "buy" tons and tons of coins to play their app, but you don't win much or any so where is the fun in that. Also, their every 3 hour bonus only gives you some coin addition based on how much you've played and lost/won over time. Other apps offer some kind of standard that is much higher and also gives you a better chance at a super bonus at the 5th bonus spin, but not HoF. Some of those other apps also offer promos to their hourly bonuses as well by changing up the times to every 2hrs or 1hr or even every :30hr instead to allow you to build up some coins to play with, but not HoF. Also, HoF does not offer a daily bonus. What's up with that? Almost every app that I play offers some type of daily bonus and some are really good. If you want to play on HoF you have to be prepared to come back every 3 hours, get your 3hr bonus, and not play it for about 1 or 2 weeks, and then once you have some coins built up, you play, lose the coins because you don't win much or any, and then you have to go through the same process to build up your stock again or pay HoF for some coins just to play some more. You'll quickly find out that it's like Groundhog Day because you can give a game a go and hope that you win some coins, but end up with the same result. Again, this is why I have other apps to play on during the meantime so that I can get some fun somewhere. HoF needs to tweak their games to give a little something more than they currently do, and offer a better 3hr bonus and DEFINITELY a DAILY BONUS of some type. I won't say DONT download the app, but I'll say don't expect to play it long unless you are one that likes to throw your hard earned cash away continuously buying coins from them just so you can play. Come on HoF get with the program and step your app up.

I’ve decreased my rating due to a few reasons: 1. Constant asking for reviews.
2. Wins only occur prior to being re-requested to do a review. 3. Wins really stopped after purchasing coins to play longer and since purchasing, game time to play and or wins are just enough get players to keep spending. Now, if a player could actually purchase the game app to play when and however long they want...sure, it would be worth it to spend money to own, like most game apps that I play. You lose, game over and restart the game and count your win vs loss percentage to see how you’re beating the game or improving. I’m done with purchasing coins that do not even guarantee at least an allotment of time to play. If I wanted to gamble and lose the kind of cash I’ve lost trying to play this game as a game app, then I’d go to a real casino and socialize with friends or others while playing. But, this is a game app... There’s no walking away with a real cash win back in your pocket or saved CC account ! Plus, if you make a purchase, there’s no guarantee you get to play for very long on this deceptive gambling type game app! The cons/risks definitely outweigh the pros/benefits of using this game app. Guess I will be moving on back to Yahtzee or Words with...or solitaire. And yes, there’s other casino like games available to move on to for down time after a hard days work.
I do hope the HOF app is accurately reporting their gambling business “wins” to IRS... Perhaps, I’ll try and see if I can report my HOF losses to IRS as well...Hmmm...perhaps, change.org needs a new petition created to limit the ongoing costs associated with gambling app games that don’t act like games and rigged to allow play, only as long as a player continually keeps purchasing more and more. 8/16 : The other side of the coin. Went thru over 100 million trying to finish the HOF challenge. Opened I don't know how many packs of cards , very very few needs. Had over 1200 cards , spent 200 to get some coins , spent 20.00 on a package to get a needed card , still could not get. Had to burn rest of my cards on coins. Still can't get joker . Color me sad , time to just collect daily points for awhile.
8/25 : Rumor going around that the new game( "chunkycharms",I think) has a bonus. Certainly couldn't prove it by me. They lock you into playing it by using it in daily challenges. No coins left , down to number three of my three , found a fourth game I'm starting to like. Could be #4 soon.
9/17 : Their quests , for me , anyway , are brutal. Spent 40 million , still had no bonuses, needing two...

11/20 : Funny funny game. Was using daily coins , winning nothing. Bought .99 cent lucky pack , finished set for 50 million. Spin afterwards gave me joker to finish another set for 60 million. Playing Gummy quest at 250,000 per spin , did not get single bonus , used 110 million . Funny funny game.
8/21 : still one of my favorites. Problem is getting new stamps to finish sets. Went thru over 50 in one setting, no new stamps. Frustrating.

I want to start out by saying I liked the games in this casino. It was entertaining. I spent a lot a lot a lot of money! I only say that to let you know that even if you spend a lot of money you won’t get any customer support.
They have this thing called the boulevard and it has stores. Basically when you buy coin packages you get these bags and once you get enough bags you can unlock stores to get a large amount of coin. After spending quite a bit of money trying to get more bags I made another purchase of $10. I got no bags I was supposed to get 20! I sent an email to customer support and was sent an email back saying that yes I did get them! Do you know how insulting that is I Purchased the package for the bags so yes I would notice if I got them or not! I’ve been trying to email them cents and got no response back. I logged in today probably should not have purchased another $10 package to get this time 18 bags… Once again I got the coin but no bags! What do I do?. They won’t respond to an email. I’ve got no choice but to reverse my charges at the App Store if they don’t get back to me within the next reasonable amount of time. It’s just so disappointing to spend a lot of money at a place like this and not even get the courtesy of a follow-up email or the egg knowledge meant that their virtual casino made an error twice now… So something isn’t correct.… By the way after 180 items in the bags 180 were duplicates! Let me say that again I only need five more items or so I’ve purchased 180! Every single one was a duplicate! As long as they’re duplicates you cannot unlock the stores. When I first was buying them the stores were unlocking… Now that I have a few left 180 in a row were duplicates! I want to not hate on this casino but man everything is disadvantaged on the customer side even when there is an error with their game. Again maybe they’ll read this in seminal get to me because I’m about to reverse my charges at the App Store. I haven’t even wanted to spend the money that I have in there now because I’m afraid if I do they’ll say I did get the bags! So I’ve left it sitting there waiting for a response. That was a lot of feedback but man am I disappointed in the lack of customer support at this place! All games are going to have an error now and then that’s not the problem… The problem is that they will blame you and not give you just a basic virtual currency that you paid for! The bags are part of the economy so if they didn’t come with the coin purchases you didn’t get what you paid for! All I’m asking for is them to make it right but they won’t respond. Forget everything about this casino… They still haven’t responded back and several times now they’ve taken my money and not giving me what I purchased. I can’t get anybody from this casino to respond and there is no chat… They have a chat box but it’s all fake and it’s never active and then sometimes it’ll say someone’s name but it’s all fake also nobody comes on. I’m just going to reverse my charges this place is a scam stay away!

Am I to assume that after hundreds and hundreds of picks in my free spins that it is impossible to get three Jackpots? Is this all a big ruse? Common guys, your not being fair!ever since I upped my apps, you keep cutting me out of my game. What's with all these new games? They are all the same, a lot of hair and faces, faces, faces. At least the old games were all different. Also, every five minutes you cut me out of the game, what's with that? please, no more faces and bodies, I,m sick of them! I guess it's time to go back to my old "SLOTS". please bring back some old games. READ the 4 & 5 star reviews. You’ll see most of them are actually awful reviews, and true! I’ve also been playing HoF for awhile now, have spent WAY too much money, have a personal concierge, received gifts through the mail ranging from a French press coffee maker to a tablet, and a guitar, but none of it compensates for the shady business practices of this company. Yes, the games are fun. Yes, the graphics are amazing. They even upped the amount of coins you get with purchases this past year (I believe it’s been within the past 12 months), but when you have to bet 34 million to qualify and only get about 96 million coins for $100 (that’s only 3 spins!), it gets incredibly expensive. Nearly every time I’ve played recently, I’ve noticed activity that has led me to leave this review, no matter the consequences.
Their payouts have never been good, and I can deal with that because it’s known, but there are certain games that accumulate an end prize when you reach the end of a map-like target, and your bet (which is in your ability to control) influences that prize. I make a point to only play said games with max bet or sometimes “ultrabet”. Literally each time I played and reached the target, the prize was significantly less. When I asked customer service, I was told the prize is randomly 2x-5x in relation to my bet. Ok fine. Another 20 end prizes later, steadily the end prize amount along with the milestones along the way are much less (despite the fact my level is simultaneously getting higher and so is my max bet and therefore so should the payouts). Jackpots on other games, SET PAYOUTS I’ve hit before, all now suddenly somehow pay less. Hmmm, then the cash back coins I’d receive in my inbox dropped to new lows though I play the same amount. Hmmm, then the “stay with HoF” coins go up by 50k, and literally the next day, it drops back down. Hmmm. The daily quiz and coins through messenger only work 10% of the time. Hmmm. Then the challenges and promotions... By now hopefully you’ve read a few other reviews... THEY ARE NEAR IMPOSSIBLE without spending thousands upon thousands of real dollars, and even then they take much longer than they should. There were literally hours of continuous play at max bet I did not receive one blvd. bag HoF! When I finally did, all 1 or 2 star duplicates? Seriously? Now the chests fill maybe a third of the ranking space they used to? 99+ diamond chest, halfway to rank 2 anyway, and they only make rank once...others don’t rank at all?Hmmmmmmmmmm.
There are sooooo, sooooo many other instances that I’ve noticed dirty dealings and practices in regards to House of Fun, but this review is already long enough. Please, take me at my word, yes all gaming apps may ultimately want your money, but there are countless others to choose from that will respect you as a customer and not just a dollar sign. That will see you as an investment worth protecting, and therefore use healthier business tactics than this one. Go play one of those.

I love playing slots, I've tried dozens of different slot apps...this is the only one that has lasted longer than 3 months. The slot variety is wonderful, graphics are great, and bonuses fun! Also I cannot recall the app ever being 'down' for repairs.

Real Money: You should know if you don't pay at least a little money ($10-$20 a month) you will run out of credits fast. I have found (under NO scientific study mind you) that the more you bet the better chance you have of winning. And over the past 6+ months, more and more slots are being released w/ very high (5,000-10,000 credit) minimum bet to even qualify for the jackpot. What you could do is log in every three hours for your free credits, do this for several days, building up your stack, then you might be able to spin a few times for a jackpot!

Jackpots: Like I've said I've played this for at least 2 years, but truly I think it's much longer. Anyways, for at least the last year almost everyday I've played Egypt Rising, (my favorite, and I think w/ the best payouts) alas I've never hit the 'MEGA JACKPOT', actually with playing daily for so long, now this is important kids: I HAVE NEVER WON A GRAND, MEGA, SUPER-DUPER, WINDOWS BLOW OUT JACKPOT! Not one, never, on any slot! Note: I never bet max bet, this could be why, but it takes too long to build up a good stack to waste it.

New Slots: In the past I would look forward to new slot release because I knew that I would win a bunch, then use those credits on the games I like. Ahhh things change... This afternoon, I had almost 300,000 credit then on my free spin I hit 700,000k! (WOOT WOOT). Hey look at that a new game release today, (Magnificent Genie, Minimum bet 1,000). I had almost 1 million credits, I started betting @ 7,500/spin, decreasing as my credits lowered. End result I spun 680 times (give or take human error) ended up w/ under 1000 credits and never hit the free spins once. Honestly I almost bought more credits just to see how many spins until I hit a bonus, instead I'm writing this.

Pop-Ups: Not bad as some, mostly credit/coin offers when you first log in. I'd say 70% of the time they are good deals, IF you are willing to spend really money. There is one though that gets me angry, I seriously mean ferociously angry, wanting to throw my iPad across the room mad! Picture it you've spun several hundred spins, blown through 500k in credits, you finally hit 5 free spins and win 20k, and a pop-up appears asking you to rate the game! Because of this I'm surprised that the rating for this app isn't much much lower!

Rewards: You gain reward points as you play by how much you bet, each level takes progressively more points to reach the next, but as you rise more slots are 'unlocked'. As you rise so does your 'status' point, this will raise your rewards for spins, and multiplier on free spin. 2+ years playing almost daily, spent (guesstimating, I really don't want to know) $200-300, I'm at a 'gold status' and level 298. VERY IMPORTANT! On New Years your status resets! Meaning if you are 2% away from going from silver to gold, it gets wiped clean, have to start all over again! I learned this the hard way!

4 Star rating...why?: Simple, I love playing slots, this is a good solid game, if I follow my own advise my credits will last a long time. As I justify it; I spend less in 6 months than I would in 2 hours at a casino. Must remember always: the app owes you nothing, it is a business, you are potentially gambling money here for NO money in exchange!

I saw this ad that said the casinos hate this app and are trying to shut it down because some woman “hit a progressive bet on 200 free spins” she got for downloading the game. It said “if the counter at the bottom is still counting down then you get 200 free spins”. I looked and it had 7 mins left. So I said ok. I play slot games sometimes. Well I got “100” spins for downloading. Not 200. And I put the 100 in quotes because it dishes them out in 25 spins per day if you log on 4 consecutive days. I’m on day 2 and it already can’t “find” any new messages in my inbox which is where I would get the 25 spins.

After playing this game yesterday I realized that it’s like every other free slot app I’ve ever downloaded. There’s no real money involved in your winnings. Really fun games too and they let you win! And give you good incentives with their free daily coins! I highly recommend one or both of them over House of Fun! I spent way too much trying to win with House of Fun until they finally screwed me over big with one of their side promotional games. After I had spent and spent to win, they changed the rules at the end making it impossible to win the big coins. Actually, they did me a BIG favor, because that was the last straw! I’ll never spend another penny with House of Fun. I never thought of an other slots, ever, because I really liked HOF, but that was it! I never even looked for others. That made me look for others and I’m so glad I did. So thanks to their own shadiness, they no longer get any coin purchases from me!

Whatever you do do not download this app because I played one game called chunky charms and I spun over 300 times at 10,000 A spin and never did the free games come up with a 3 four leaf clover's and only once did the free coins come up you have to get six pots of gold to get it. Let me start by saying that it seems like the algorithm (code) is against you, the player. This alone pretty much sums up all I have to say below.

Next, the side games such as the board trip, the HOF Album, the Daily rush are massively broken in a sense that you need to bet so much money just to be able to complete them. Say for example the board trip: I play with 20,000 coins per bet so it takes around 49-50 spins just to get 2 “trips” on the board the board then say it lands on a money coin prize and the prize is only 100 coins or if I complete a board then I get rewarded with only 16,000 coins?

Same deal with the Daily Rush, I bet 30,000 coins per spin usually I waste 2 MILLION to unlock a single lock and once I complete that rush unlock it only awards me 20k and or a 2 star 3 card pack?

Oh...And about the HOF Album that’s the most broken thing in the game. It is at least for me IMPOSSIBLE to get the grand prize. I have wasted probably at this point hundreds of millions of “coins” and I have only gotten 5 albums completed out of the 18 to get the grand prize of 60 million.

Then lets talk about the constant buy this...buy that for $2.99 or $3.99...as soon as you open the app or even when you are playing a game and are returning back to the home screen. Come on.

In summary, this is a fun game if you’re a rich kid whose daddy gives you an allowance of thousands a month just to keep your privilege in check.

Been playing this game for a long time now since 2018 to be exact. I’ve been having issues with the game lately. Completing goals and not getting credit for it or making purchases and not getting everything that was in the purchase. I put in tickets notified support chatted back and forth with them for a hour or longer and let them know what happened the agent told me I didn’t understand the goal. lol if the game says complete this level before the timer is up you completed the goal and get the rewards. Now I know how to read and been doing this game for three years when I completed the goals and didn’t get the rewards I notified support. Instead of trying to figure out what’s going on he tried to tell me I don’t understand the challenge. Lol. I asked for a refund on what I spent for today only since I’ve been logged into the game and asked to have my account suspended so they don’t think I’m just trying to get my money back and spend it with them again. He replied he won’t give me a refund cause services are rendered. Lol if services were rendered I wouldn’t be having any thing to give a bad review about. Anyways if you like to play a game and like to support the app don’t pick this one. It was good prior but it’s just been going down the drain. My spins get stuck so my coins get wasted on the spin I just did. Game crashes and I lose the coins in the spin I just did have let them know of these issues as well I’m support sone agents help me out some don’t also have support tickets that have never been replied to. So take your chance with this game if you want to. But I’m done.
