Because of the new login requirement that a code be sent to your email address, I can no longer access my Hotels.com account. My email account of cheryl.[protected]@globalknowledge.com is not accessible as the company has gone out of business. I had earned a reward night plus 8 collected stamps under this account and was a Silver Member.

Because I find Hotels.com one of the best travel sites and we are planning a trip, I set up a new account under my home email [protected]@bellsouth.net. I have tried chatting and calling to find a way to get the rewards from the cheryl.[protected]@globalknowledge.com account moved to my new account but no one can seem to help although I have been told on two occassions that the rewards and bookings would be transferred to my new account. Of course that never happened. It's very frustrating to have used Hotels.com and racked up rewards and then have them disappear because I no longer have access to an email account. Certainly I am not the first person who has lost access to an email account.

You will see numerous bookings under my new account ([protected]@bellsouth.net). I still plan on using Hotels.com but it would certainly go a long way if I could get my rewards as earned. You should be able to see on the bookings from the original account that the confirmation was sent to [protected]@bellsouth.net and that the phone number and name are the same. I still have one booking remaining under the original account - itinerary #[protected].

Can you please provide me with another way to log into the original account or at least do something about the missing rewards?

Thank you for your consideration.

Desired outcome: Alternate way to log into old account (without required 6 digit code being emailed to retired email address) or give me credit for my Reward Night and Collected Stamps or whatever the new OneKey rewards equivalent would be.
