Dear Honda Team,

I am regular customer of Honda and used many Honda cars. I purchased Honda civic in 2019/20 and maintained by Honda centers ( hand avenue and Margalla). Mostly I have many complaints from Honda Center ( avenue Honda) but I always ignored as per request of staff. Couple of days ago ( like 1 week ago dated 04-04-2024) I had done my routine visit to Honda avenue Islamabad for oil & filters changed but Honda center staff was guiding me some more work is urgently needed, details are mentioned below:-

1- Engine Oil

2- Oring7.45X3.61

3- Honda CVTF HCF-2 3.5L

4- Washer Drain Bolt 14mm

5- CVTF Change

6- Engine Oil Change

7- Throttle Body Clean with Computer C/UP

8- Valve Clearance Adjustment

9- Brake Services

10- General Checkup

11- Wheel Alignment Wheel Balancing 4 Wheel

12- Catalytic Clean

13- Fuel Injector Services

14- Computer Checkup

15- Electrical Check up

I agreed and paid Rs.53,490/- against for all above mentioned services and Parts. Evidence is also attached for consideration. after completion of require job , I received Gate Pass from Honda Avenue and come back my home and parked my car in parking.

After two to three days during using car , I observed abnormal sound from front of my car near wheels but due to not using long drive I did not clarified what is actual issue. So finally, I decide for again visit to Honda for solution and satisfaction but due to EID holidays Honda Center was closed. Right now, I observed abnormal sound increased and car condition is not useable. So right now, I checked my Car left wheel Brake Caliper is loos and nut bolt is missing due to this my car is giving abnormal sound and creating problems. I know and also informing you during Car servicing from Honda many junior Helper was working on my car and that time I complained concern officer.

Due to Poor and unjustified services from Honda Avenue Center ISLAMABAD , I and my family stuck and not enjoyed our Islami Day of EID and also our life was on Risk from 04-04-2024 to till now.

I want to ask you ? if due to Poor Services of Honda Avenue Islamabad me or my family faced any major accident/loss ( like death etc) than who was responsible ? ? and who is responsible for this all?

As you know we always pay heavy cost to Honda Center instead of Local Market only for Good Quality Parts and Services, but I am disappointed from your Honda Center Services.

So please take serious Action against my complaint and dismissed your non-technical and careless staff including inspection Manager Mr. Zain and all involved staff. Secondly, I am also going to court and Police station for Legal proceedings because due to this me and my family member are scared.

Note :- all relevant documents and pictures are attached for your consideration and further processing/action.

Claimed loss: Car Left Wheel and also some other related parts damaged due to Poor and non technical Staff Please instruct to concerns to resolve my car issue free of cost and pay back my all paid amount. my Car Registration Number is AJT-059 Islamabad

Desired outcome: i want insurance of my life and also my family life, because we alive Incidentally. Honda avenue Islamabad team is non technical and Careless.
