One of the HMS property managers ain't doing her job right
One of the HMS property managers ain't doing her job right. She writes up some homeowners for violations but not others who have the same issues (I got pics to prove it). When I ask for an explanation, she shuts me down and won't talk about it. She's also lied to me and the HOA more than once (I got emails and pics to back me up). And she ain't doing her job for some homeowners (I been asking for a year to trim a tree that's messing up my windows: still ain't done).

I've been living in the *** since *** 2007 and I got the choice to not join the *** for that area. On May 27th, my car got impounded from my backyard. The problem is that I've been parking there for almost a year and never had any issues. I called a *** and a *** who are in charge of Home Management Services (HMS) but they didn't help me with this issue of paying for my car to get out of the impound lot. I asked them how they knew it was a private parking lot if there were no signs and they said either signs were posted or they informed everyone through their website. There are no signs near my house and I've never visited their website as I'm not a member of the ***. Also, there was no notice in my mailbox about parking restrictions. I told them signs aren't posted in my area and I want them to come and see for themselves but they gave me the same answer. I also said I want to schedule a meeting to show them evidence but no one was willing to give me a meeting. I was completely disregarded and disrespected. I'm all for rules and keeping the community safe and functional but also fair. I feel their negligence to properly post signs and punish someone for it is blatant negligence. I want at least a refund for the towing expense and for them to do their job properly by clearly marking restricted areas so no one else has to deal with this.
