From my first phone call for information about the fabric shield (for wind protection), to completion of the job, I found all employees to be professional. They courteously answered my questions throughout the entire process. Just as important, the job was reasonably priced. I am a very satisfied customer. I recommend Home Safety Solutions without reservation.

Home Safety Solutions installed hurricane screens on all windows in our home. All interactions with the employees from Home Safety Solutions were pleasant, professional, and informative. They set clear expectations for the entire quote and installation process, they always arrived when they said they would, and the actual installation was completed faster than expected.

Home Safety Solutions is definitely a 5 Star PLUS organization. Each member of their Team including Michael T. were extremely Professional, knowledgeable and friendly during all phases from start to finish for our hurricane shutters. The quality of the product and workmanship was excellent with nothing left undone including cleanup, positively excellent customer service.

Highly recommend Home Safety Solutions. They provided several solutions on how to best protect our Lanai area. We decided on hurricane screens. Their product and materials in comparison to other vendors were much better quality and there quote was very competitive. Great communication all the way around, install service was great and professional. Definitely would use them again.

In 2006 Home Safety Solutions provided hurricane protections for my entire home using a variety of their products. They were the first one I called to purchase roll-down shutters, and again, they did a first-rate job installing what I wanted to avoid climbing ladders. Give them a call because they will have a solution, followed by a quality installation.

We recently had Home Safety Solutions install accordion shutters on several windows and roll down shutters on our doors. They had excellent communication from setting up the estimate to the final inspection. The workers were professional and the we are pleased with the final product, especially the Roll-down shutters. Before the 2020 job, we used them 15 years ago and the shutters are still working great.

I'm very happy with the work that Home Safety Solutions did on my home. Lance was great to work with, explaining the entire process, and working with my needs to ensure maximum safety. The installers were considerate and knowledgeable. I certainly am not hoping for a hurricane to try out my new shutters, but I now feel that I am ready for one if it comes our way. Would've given six stars if I could, this company was exceptional from start to finish. They provided fabric Hurricane shutters designed to cover our 30 foot lanai/covered porch as well as a large and tall entryway. The service providers were thorough and the panels fit perfectly, and we are able to store them with ease. Even the final step of the permit went perfectly, as it was labeled the way that our county needed. Overall, this is a wonderful company with wonderful customer service and exceptional installers.

After several estimates we chose home safety solutions for our hurricane window coverings. They offered many solutions for a reasonable competitive price. They were excellent to deal with kept me Informed as my order was processed and for my installation. The men showed up on time, were professional and got the job done! Home Safety Solutions offered a range of products to protect my windows from hurricane damage, and helped me to select the one that was right for me. I requested a different installation technique than what is usually offered with my style of windows. They offered to examine my home, and if at all possible, to do the job as I preferred. After their engineer checked my home, they found it was possible to do it, so I am quite pleased with the result. Professional, courteous, friendly.

I visited the showroom; Derek explained the products and Ricky set up the appointment for Lance to come out to measure the windows. Communication and follow up were exceptional. I was kept apprised along the way. The installers James and Jason were on time for the installation. They cleaned up nicely after the installation and James showed me how to put up the fabric shutters. I highly recommend Home Safety Solutions.

We just had EZ Max Hurricane Fabric Shutters installed for two doors. The company is very professional and knowledgeable. Derek helped us to choose the product that was right for us and he kept us informed every step of the way. The installers showed up when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to install the shutters. Ricky at the office was always very polite and courteous when we talked to him. This is a good company to work with, and I highly recommend Home Safety Solutions. An added bonus--they're local to Oldsmar which worked out perfectly for us.

This is the second home we have secured with Home Safety Solutions. For both houses, they were professional from the estimate, to the engineering, to installation, and passing inspection. They show up when they say they will, and work is excellent. We feel so much safer during hurricane season knowing that if a storm comes we just have to pull out our fabric, put it up in a very short time, and then we are as prepared as we can be. They did work in both Van [censored] Farms and Villa Rosa for us. They have been around a long time, we used their company in 2008 and then again in 2020. They are an excellent company.

I first became aware of Home Safety Solutions when my next door neighbor hired them to install hurricane panels. He had very good things to say. Hurricane season makes me anxious. In the past, if a big one was predicted to come, I would sling heavy plywood upon my two stories of 22 window/door openings, a task I no longer want to do. I keep getting older each season. So, my time came now to acquire some peace of mind with an easy to install, much lighter material to work with, and an easier to store solution. Mike T. and his team were amazing to work with. First from communication and necessary follow-ups, to the very competent and polite team who did the timely installation as predicted, and then to the permit follow-up to finish everything. I highly recommend them, if you are in need, you should reach out to them.

Because the cost of double panel, hurricane rated windows and doors was so far out of my reach, I looked into hurricane shutters. I vetted a number of companies, requested bids from 3 companies, and chose Home Safety Solutions based upon reviews of quality of product/installation, cost, ease to work with, warranties, and final appearance of installed shutters. All of the positive reviews held true. Working with Home Safety Solution was easy-peasy...from my first meeting with Lance for recommendations and bids, through installation, demonstration and cleanup with James and Jason. The county inspector breezed through the final permit step, commenting on the nice appearance of the shutters that compliment my home. The garage will be hurricane proofed next and I'll have no other than Home Safety Solutions take care of those windows.

We wanted to have hurricane shutters installed in our lanai this year. Three companies came out to give us estimates. They kept saying "can't," "can't" to what we wanted. A fourth company sounded ideal- then we found they did not come to our side of Pasco county! They referred us to the manufacturer who recommended Home Safety Solutions. Home Safety Solutions followed my directions to get to the area of the property where they needed to be. That was just the beginning to their really listening to us. They listened to what we thought we wanted. Then they explained why we would do better with another type of shutter. The options they gave us were not more money, they were far less! Each time they came they arrived just when they said they would. They explained how to use and maintain the shutters. When the Pasco Co. building inspector came out he said he had never seen more beautiful shutters, or shutters that had locks on them. He was very impressed with the roll down shutters that Home Safety Solutions installed for us. I thought it was a wonderful idea to have shutters that not only provide hurricane protection (Miami Dade rated) but also home intrusion protection. The shutters match our house both inside and out. They blend in with the setting. Home Safety Solutions go above and beyond what is expected of them. On their trip to install the last of the shutters (these are custom made), they found my husband in a predicament. He had been trying to cut some limbs on a tree by the lanai, and the saw stuck in the limb. They jumped in, got the saw unstuck and finished cutting down the limb! They made sure my husband was ok. Then they got to work installing the rest of the shutters. We have felt like this company was more like family than a vendor! We highly recommend them. We have never had a better experience.
