I have been a loyal Shell customer for over 25 years and this "newly-remodeled" shell station is conveniently located on my corner so I really want to continue to patronize Shell; however, I will go the Chevron across the street if the following problem doesn't get remedied soon (it's been many months).

My Shell card won't authorize in their new pumps (I have a new card replacement too). There is usually a line at the counter, because shell card users have to leave their cars at the pumps and go inside to swipe their cards. During prime commute times, this also causes a back-up at the pumps and customer go across the street to Chevron. Up until tonight, every time I queried when the pumps would be fixed, staff said ..."they didn't know". Tonight I spoke with a young female manager who said they have been relentlessly contacting Shell about the problem and Shell keeps telling them it's fixed...obviously it isn't.

I hope that by this message Shell will get moving on this and take whatever action is necessary on their part to find a solution. There are many Shell card holders who have gotten pretty nasty in line regarding this situation, and it leaves a very bad "taste in their mouths" for Shell. If you don't respond to the Station manager, I hope you will listen to your customer base while you still have it.
