I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with HeySilkySkin. I saw their ads on Facebook and they had all these glowing 5-star reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try. But man, what a waste of money. This stuff just didn't work for me at all. I tried it out for a few weeks, but I didn't see any difference in my skin. And when I tried to leave a comment on their Facebook page, they blocked me! What's up with that? It's like they only want to show the good reviews and hide the bad ones. So yeah, I definitely wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and look for something else. #dontbuyheysilkyskin

I gotta say, HeySilkySkin ain't all it's cracked up to be. I've been using it for over 3 months now and I ain't seen nothin' change in my hair growth or thinning. I even tried it on different parts of my body and still nothin'. It's supposed to be a laser treatment, but all I feel is heat. What a ripoff! And to top it off, I can't even get a response to my emails or process a return. Total waste of money if you ask me.

This website, heysilkyskin.com, is not a good place to shop. I think they're trying to trick people into buying their products. The "light" they sent me was just a flimsy piece of plastic that didn't work at all. The instructions they gave me were really confusing and didn't make any sense. They say they have a return policy, but when I asked for my money back, they didn't answer my emails. I had to contact them on Facebook, and even then, they didn't want to help me. They asked me to send them a video of the product not working, but when I did, they said it was too late because I had already opened the package. They stopped answering my messages after that.

I tried to leave a bad review on their website, but they deleted it. They also deleted my negative comments on Facebook and blocked me from commenting on their page. This is a really bad company with terrible customer service. Don't waste your money on their products.

I had that, but then after three email exchanges, they told me to send a picture of the shrink-wrapped box before they'd give me the return address. Are you kidding me? By opening the shrink wrap, I lost the ability to return the product? That's not a guarantee, that's just bait and switch.

It's pretty clear to me that this company doesn't care about its customers or stand behind its product. I wouldn't recommend HeySilkySkin to anyone.

I received it months after I ordered it, and when I finally got it, it was days after I had received it. I tried to get a refund, but they said that I had to email them on the day I received it, which I didn't know. They advertise a "90 day money back guarantee" on their website, but it's not true. They make it impossible to get a refund by delivering the product very late and then saying that it's impossible to accept it back for hygiene reasons. They could just disinfect it, but they don't want to. When they are stuck, they start asking you for videos, which is really annoying. They don't even confirm that they received the videos, they just keep asking for more. It's like they want their customers to produce a documentary or something. It's a total scam, and they should be taken offline. Don't give them your money.

And when it finally did, it didn't even work! I was hoping it would help remove hair, but instead it just made things worse. Shaving and using the handset actually made my hair grow back coarser and darker. Not cool.

So I reached out to the company right away to see if I could get a refund. But they told me that since I had already received the product, I wasn't eligible for a refund. I tried to explain that maybe there was a mistake with the delivery or something, but they didn't want to hear it. They just kept insisting that I couldn't get my money back.

Eventually, they did offer me a partial refund, but it wasn't even close to what I had paid. They said they would deduct the initial postage fee (which wasn't even mentioned in their money back guarantee) and I would have to pay for the return postage myself. And let me tell you, that was not cheap. It would have cost me almost as much as the product itself!

After doing some research and reading other reviews, I realized that this company is not very trustworthy. I wish I had known that before I ordered from them. If I could go back in time, I definitely wouldn't have wasted my money on HeySilkySkin.

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed about my experience with HeySilkySkin. I put in my order way back on May 5th, 2021, and it's now June 9th, 2021, and I still haven't gotten my package. I was supposed to get it delivered to Mexico, but for some reason, it ended up in Qatar. I mean, what the heck? I know that Hey Silky Skin uses a third-party shipping service, but come on, guys. You gotta choose a better service than this. The worst part is that the shipping is "untrackable" and there's no insurance, so I have no idea where my package is or if I'll ever get it.

I tried to get in touch with customer service, but it was like talking to a brick wall. They just told me to contact the shipping company, which was a dead end. When I asked what their policy was for undelivered packages, they just stopped responding to my emails. Rude much?

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from HeySilkySkin if you're planning on shipping it internationally. If my package couldn't even make it from the US to Mexico, I can't imagine what would happen if you tried to ship it to a country even farther away. And the worst part is that the company won't take any responsibility for it.

It's a real shame, too, because I was really excited to try their product. But now, I'm just left feeling disappointed and frustrated. So, if you're thinking about buying from HeySilkySkin, I'd say think twice. It's just not worth the hassle.

I placed an order on May 10th and my money was deducted two days later, but I didn't receive any receipt of my order. This was the first red flag for me. I waited for two weeks and then decided to email them to ask for an update. However, all I received was an automated reply saying that due to Covid, everything was delayed. This was the second red flag for me.

Finally, I received a reply from a so-called "Customer Care Manager" named Allie. She gave me a tracking number, but when I used it, it didn't give me any kind of tracking information. This was the third red flag for me. I was frustrated and disappointed.

I finally received the item on June 22nd, but when I plugged it in, it fused the moment I switched it on! This was the fourth red flag for me. I immediately gave them a video and requested my money back. On their website, it stated a "90-day Money Back Guarantee" which is applicable from the first day you received your item.

However, they took forever to get back to me. And when they finally did, they didn't get straight to the point to answer my questions or attend to my requests. They went the long way round and I kept requesting for my money back. Allie said she would give me a replacement instead, but I informed her again that I wanted a refund. Unfortunately, I received no reply.

It's important to note that their replies took about two weeks each time, and it has been a horrible three months trying to get them to reply to me. Each time I or any of their customers remarked the honest truth about them on their IG/FB posts, they would delete it! Their replies on IG/FB DMs are also standard responses.

This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online company/seller. I feel cheated of my $146! I will not stop spreading my experience!
