They painted stucco on the exterior of the house. They worked with me to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction and made sure that I was happy with the painting before they finished. The caulked around all doors and windows as I had requested and filled all cracks in the stucco. The Hero Pro team did a great job and did so in less time than I thought the job would have taken.

Hero Pro Painters are seriously hardworking painters, with a strong emphasis on customer service. Their painters are skilled, courteous, and professional. From free estimate, to project planning, to execution of the contract, everything went smoothly. When minor questions came up about details of the work, they were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. We have used Hero Pro in the past for interior painting and have been very happy with the job they did, so we didn't hesitate to hire them again this year for exterior painting. The owner is personable and courteous and was able to fit us in way ahead of the original date so that we have been able to enjoy the clean paint all summer. They listened carefully to our needs and only painted the areas which needed to be done. They prepared the walls well and painted carefully around the windows. The price was reasonable for the area that was covered. 5/5!

We have had other jobs with Hero Pro Painters in the past so I did not look for other quotes knowing that a fair price would be offered as had been our experience in the past. This job was exterior and we had a few hiccups in scheduling because of the weather. We got off to a difficult start because the color and in one case, the type of exterior stain was not what I had asked for when signing the contract. But, as usual, Hero Pro Painters made the adjustments and the work was well done. On more than one occasion, Hero Pro Painters called asking us to agree to having the work to be done the same day. Fortunately, we are very flexible but for other clients who have a busier life than we do, it might be a problem. At the end of the day, we received good value for the money paid so there is not much to be unhappy about.

In May I needed to have my house painted thoroughly. I evaluated several companies and chose Hero Pro Painters to submit a proposal. The owner spent considerable time examining the entire town home to determine what had to be done. He was meticulous and fair. After the review, he concluded that my two bedrooms were already immaculate and did not require a re-painting. I requested the same colour I had from ten years ago. He did not over sell his service. The work is now complete. Hero Pro Painters did an exceptional job paying particular attention to the smallest detail, they were flexible and did a little more than what the contract specified. I really wanted a company that would be professional, and Hero Pro delivered more than I expected. The price was reasonable, $4,600 that included the stairs. Hero Pro Painters are not just painters, but professional. It is important for homeowners to prepare his or her place for a major painting project before the contractor arrives to do the job if you want the best out of a contract. I wanted Hero Pro Painters to concentrate on painting and to apply their time and skills to detail work. So, before they arrived, I took down all curtains, wall paintings/prints, filled some holes in the walls, and moved the furniture to the centre of each room. They did some finishing sanding to prepare the walls and baseboards, focused a lot of time on the smallest “hard to get at places" and ensured the paint work was smooth on both the walls, base boards, and stairs, which they also applied Urethane.
