Heritage Acceptance Corporation review: Sold me a unsafe car

Bought a 2012 Chevy equinox in January 2022, emergency brake bracket broke while vehicle still under warranty. Took it to their garage the mechanic said he is unable to put it on hoist and It isn't safe to drive. They are still harassing me o er payments. I am not interested in another car through the only car lot they deal with quick auto. Apparently no one did inspection on this vehicle or managed to put gas in which they shut off for no payment.
