Helga gutterman is a horrible person to work for. She blames property management for her lack of interest in her property. She is mean and very pushy. She is constantly putting down aim real estate and alternate realty. She complains about jean paul from alternate and vonessa from aim, whom i can tell you from dealing with both property managers are amazing! They will be notified of these comments that were left and they will have them removed. Do not rent from helga gutterman she will kick you out onto the street for no reason. Go to the landlord tenant advisory board and complain about her she already has more than 5 complaints!

That mental deranged person who wrote the first starting out with this nonsense character reference on Dr. Guterman seem to have missed school starting grade 1 to 12, and so let us pray has gone back to school for missed education and extra spelling classes. Either you are one of the evicted tenants or, possible *Jean Paul Noujaim* who has dealing past or present with AIM and/or, Alternate Realty and Property Management and writing ridiculous inflametory nonsense about my friend. For the sake of this note let's call it JOKE. I know Dr. Guterman as friend of over 40 years and it never is her character to kick anyone out of anything. Much the opposite. It was that bad the police had been called by my sister Mrs. Guterman (P.S. you seem even unable to spell correct) because she was physical attackt by an unlisted on property male. The above placed with unknown name ** CONCERNED about lies** has placed the comment regarding a person with ill intend and purpose to defame someone outstanding in community. Either it is Jean Paul Noujaim or someone associated in our opinion with him. If it is such case make double certain to read every bit of review on AIM or Alternate Realty and Property Management to find yourself not involved with scummy characters. Anyone having nothing to hide as in this case would use their name in an review.
