Heartland Home Health Care Hospice care

Reported moms abuse. Now abuser is her poa because it was reported but looked into week later. Agency won't take my police reports my POA or listen to me as her only child and next of kin. They are aiding abuse without investigating, he claims to be her husband and they haven't even requested nore investigating the proof of. Attached is the beginning of it all given every agency that is on board doesn't want liability and is waiting for attorney contact.

Desired outcome: Her original POA be honored and removal from abusers home
