I worked with Tyler and Tyler on my loan. They are not only awesome representatives of what customer focused service should be but they are both genuinely kind, amazing people. This company is so lucky to have two such employees who genuinely care about people working for them. I truly felt like I was getting a refinance from a friend by the end of the process. *ard working, smart, with a sense of urgency- I highly recommend *[protected]***33303431393833383332and will never use anyone other than them in the future! 5 stars by far!

I would like to commend Billy from Handshake Home Loans on the professional service that I received while refinancing my home. From the beginning of the process all the way through to completion, Billy was a consummate professional. He kept me informed during the entire process and was very responsive with any questions that I had. I would without a doubt highly recommend Billy to anyone refinancing their home. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home or refinancing an existing loan, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be! Outstanding Job!

I was blown away with the excellent customer service *** and the rest of the Handshake Loan team provided. *** went above and beyond to make the process extremely easy for us he did a very good job educating us on our options, providing suggestions to improve our rates, making sure we were on top of all the various steps throughout closing, and perhaps what was most impressive was how responsive he was regardless of the day or time, he was quick to get back to us. I recently refinanced my home and Felix was there every step of the way. He was able to answer all the questions that my wife and I had and this being our first house and first refinance we had a lot of them! He was available day and night, weekdays and weekends for our questions and was able to give us the best offer we could find, even beating out our current loan servicer by a mile! I don't think I could have imagined a more perfect experience and would certainly recommend him to anyone in the market... I had the distinct pleasure of working with *** "***" ***. Upon our first conversation he stated, "I don't want this to be hard, it shouldn't be. If you find yourself stressing out (trying to get documents), please let me know and we can work something out." I was skeptical because, "They all say that;" however, he was different and meant every word. His communication was superb and he provided details of everything every step of the way. Recently, I refinanced my home loan into a lower rate. *** was an incredible help from start to finish. Over the years, I have had several mortgages and no other person comes close to the service *** provided. He was totally upfront and honest throughout the process. At one point, he discovered an (illegal) lien against the property which I did not know about. I was quickly able to have it removed. Others at Handshake Home Loans were equally as responsive and helpful. I highly recommend *** and Handshake Home Loans, *** when you are financing or refinancing a loan. I was hesitant to get a full refinance loan at the beginning since I knew I wouldn't pass an appraisal, but am so glad I did, it was such a great experience. *** was a really great agent to work with and made me feel comfortable from the beginning, and *** was there for me until the end. We talked almost daily, and it was like they genuinely cared about taking care of my needs, such a great feeling. Appraisal noted lots of repairs needed, as I expected, mainly siding, and they helped me find someone who could help me within my budget. They got things done so fast afterward, I was so grateful. Thanks to them I had no stress during this time, almost like working with family. I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out and can't say enough good things about them. Nothing but good words from this happy client. *** is top notch. He held our hand throughout the process, reaching out to us every step of the way. Such a knowledgeable, personable and caring person, making sure we understood each request all the while keeping us updated as to the loan status. The day of our closing, he was at home with the Covid -19 virus but was still checking on us. We rank him so high in *** that we would give him many more than 5 stars! That means the world to a disabled veteran. We highly recommend Handshake Loans and their great employees. I realize this apps purpose is directed to the Business and their responsiveness to their clients (us), but its sad to see the employees names blanked out because after all its the employees that keep clients coming back again and again.

My wife and I just refinanced our home mortgage with Handshake. Tyrone W was super helpful throughout the whole process. He explained everything to us so we we would make a well informed decision. Then he was very responsive to any questions we had through the process, easily reachable by email, text and phone. Importantly, we got a better deal that the one offered by our previous mortgage company. We had a hiccup when we were scheduled to sign the papers at our home, the notary public had a car accident that was not serious but the car was not drivable and necessitated a reschedule. Even though this was not Tyron's fault, he quickly and efficiently worked to get the issue resolved and the loan closed in a timely fashion. In summary, we would be happy to work with Tyrone again and would recommend him without reservations. Great job!

I have been working with *** for the last few months on trying to refinance my house that I bought last year. *** was very professional, well knowledged, always replied to texts or returned calls in a timely manner and never made you wait, and the biggest thing for *** was his patience level. I cannot remember when we first spoke about refinancing, but he called me for a follow-up and that is when he started really working with me and all I can say is I had a lot of questions and sometimes I had one question one day, three the next, or one the next. *** was always patient and willing to answer the questions and if he did not have an answer, he would get back to me the next day. *** was a pleasure to work with at all times even when I thought I was being annoying with all the questions that I had to ask. If anyone gets the opportunity to work with ***, you will not be disappointed by any means.

My wife and I have used Handshake Home Loans for our initial purchase and have now just completed our 2nd refi. Initially, Tyler was working with us and I can say nothing but great thinks about how engaged he was with us thru the process and thoroughly explaining things that may have been less than clear at the time as well as presenting all relevant options rather than us having to ask. Flash forward to our latest refi and we worked with Logan, who similar to Tyler was very involved and stayed in great communication with us thru the entire process. this refi was a cash out refi and Logan went above and beyond to provide solutions to maximize the value of this transaction. We haven't necessarily worked with a lot of lenders outside of the folks at Handshake Home Loans, but I am 100% confident that one would be hard pressed to find a better level of service and execution out there. From our first conversation, I knew Jon G with Handshake Home Loans was going to be great to work with for refinancing my loan. He was professional, yet personable, and immediately I knew he was seasoned and knowledgeable. If you are a first time buyer, work with Jon. He has the patience of a saint and will answer all your questions. As someone looking to refinance, I appreciated that Jon listened to my loan priorities. Unlike most buyers, I was more concerned with knowing who was going to service my loan vs. the rate and fees. Jon’s focus was in providing me reviews and details on a company he felt was the best fit. Best part, he still found me the best rate and the fees were better than other quotes I received! While I was a W2 employee, have decent credit, and had all my documentation ready, Jon was able to get my loan closed in 3 weeks – a record timeframe these days, especially over the holiday season and at the end of the year. For those that value customer service above all else, I appreciated that he was always available and returned my calls promptly. Jon also lets you know what to expect next and a timeline for that action. I highly recommend Jon for both seasoned and first time buyers.

I received a cold call from Handshake Home Loans a few days after my wife had inquired with another larger national mortgage company. I was skeptical of any cold call but read the reviews and decided to give them a shot and am glad I did. As it turned out, I was going to begin my search that day to refinance a rental property we have. I began working with Logan on the rental refi while my wife worked with Logan on our current home refi. A good friend who used to be a mortgage broker told me: “It’s all about the service and the relationship because everyone is so competitively priced.” I believe that to be true and was extremely happy with the service Logan provided. What I mean by that is he communicated with me constantly and in a timely manner about my loan. Everything was punctual…he let nothing slip. We had a few issues with the loan company who ended up funding the loan because they doubled the tax estimate for some odd reason…and Logan communicated with me about it immediately and that to correct it, we had to push the close back a day. It is important to separate the mortgage broker from the lender and other services and not penalize the broker for things out of their control…but hold them accountable for things within their control. HHL was accountable to me and very worthy of my business!
