There have been a number of monthly subscription payments withdrawn from my bank account which I have no record of setting up. I wish this to be cancelled immediately and to receive information about the recipient and how it was set up in the first place.
This has only just come to my attention through my bank statements.
The monthly amount is for 23.95 euros which leaves my bank account on the 10th day of each month. Dating as far back as January 2013
The description on the statement is: Hammy Cust-help.com Limassol Cy
I have no idea who or what this is. Could you please look into the matter and tell me how I may reclaim lost monies.

This matter has been resolved successfully. The company was actually called cust-help.com and the subscription was indeed one I had set up and completely forgotten about. It has since been cancelled in the usual way. I was confused by the way it appeared on my bank statement and consequently didn't get very far when initially attempting to contact them. Please could you delete my complaint from your website and not include details such as my email address. I thank you for allowing me to use your site in the first place.l
