Your service has improved ever since I have assigned Mr. John Smith as my representative Insurance Broker. Previously your service was very mediocre at best after going through 3 different Insurance Brokers in a short period of time, without being informed about the changes of your staffing situation, which was disappointing due to the fact that I have been your customer for a long period of time.
