So, H-Rez is actually part of Hotel-Rez, and both of 'em are partners with Expedia. Now, that's somethin' that gives me confidence, you know? It shows that they're reliable and all about givin' us accurate info and good prices. I had a little hiccup with my booking confirmation 'cause I messed up my email address. But guess what? I called up their customer support, and the person on the other end was super polite and helpful. They fixed my problem in, like, no time at all.

If you want to reserve any resort packages, then Google it and make sure you reserve online or over the phone with exactly that resort or reputable branding website like Travelocity, Expedia, etc. Not with this scam company H-Rez.com...

1) I found this site by Googling it about the Holiday Inn Vacations Club at Orange Lake Resort in Kissimmee, FL. and found this site H-Rez.com.
2) I just called their ***590 as it states at H-Rez.com.
3) The gentleman was very helpful and asked me a few questions and made a 3-day reservation.
4) I asked him if I will get a 3-bedroom villa, each room with 2 queen-size beds, and he wasn't sure at first. Then he said yes, I will.
5) At the end, after giving him my credit card information, he summarized everything again and said only 3 queen-size beds, 1 in each room.
6) I interrupted him and asked him the same question again. He said "yes" very quickly and went to close the deal. I interrupted again to go back and reconfirm because I was having doubts about this guy.
7) Long story short, before I hung up, I told him that I don't want this reservation AND BOOMM*** TOO LATE, HE REFUSED TO HELP ***
HIS RESPONSE WAS, IT'S CONFIRMED, AND YOU CAN CALL THIS 800 NUMBER TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION ***
I GOT VERY UPSET AND ASKED HIM I AM NOT COMFORTABLE, HE KEPT REPEATING THE SAME THINGS, "IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I CAN DO FOR YOU?" My response, YEAH, I DON'T WANT THIS, response TOO LATE...

I immediately called my AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and explained the situation to them. To my surprise, Amex customer service representative mentioned pending charges on my card which were exactly what this guy told me from H-Rez.com, but the company was EXPEDIA (hmmm...) Amex promised to take care of it once the pending status changes to confirm...

MY RECOMMENDATION: *** STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE *** NO H-Rez.com... *** SCAM, PROFESSIONAL LIARS... MONEY SUCKERS...
