Grow Credit

As far as I am concerned, this company is a complete fraud. They claim to "grow your credit" by issuing a low limit credit card for which you can add subscriptions to streaming services such as Hulu, Netflix, Disney Plus, etc. In addition, you will be charged a membership fee to use Grow Credit's service. Essentially, you are paying them to report your credit usage to the three credit bureaus. They have been automatically debiting my checking account for the payment that's due on the credit card they issued as well as taking $17.00 out of my account for the use of their service. However, they have not been reporting my credit card usage as promised. Basically, they are taking my money for absolutely no reason. They are debiting my account for a membership fee, but not reporting to the credit bureaus. I contacted them in December, a month ago, to cancel the service. The balance on the credit card has been paid off. But they still debited my account this month, January, for the membership fee even though I requested to close my account. I do not like the fact that a request for cancellation is not processed immediately. You have to wait for a member of their support team to contact you. When you call, you get a recording that tells you to leave a message. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company. I received no help with my credit. Very unhappy. Account_Number:
