Greenway Kia West 2023 Kia Sportage

I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage on 4/12/23, the car has been in service every month 2 to 3 a month for the engine which has been the same issue. On 9/11 I took the back for the engine and while in service the driver door dented they had the car a month while it was in the auto body for repairs, I picked up the on Friday and here it Monday on my way to work the engine has come on again. I want to be in another because clearly this one seems to have a manufacture issue. It’s been a nightmare since purchasing this car. My next step is action 9 news to get help

Desired outcome: To be put in another car

Greenway Kia West Absolutely the Worse Car Buying Experience Starting with the Representive Aruto

Absolutely the Worse Car Buying Experience Starting with the Representive Aruto.R . I came into the shop on 09/25 I spoke with the Aruto. We had a decision on what my budget was and my goal. So I told him upfront I had to other interviews when I leave there. As were talking he goes into his phone and come up with imaginary numbers on what we could do. S Talking to him he said the car I wanted couldn't be financed due to high mileage and gave another option The car he showed wasn't a bad car 2015 volkswagon passat. Outside was dirty, inside was dirty and few dents in the car. said he would have it cleaned. Get to the number no where near the fake numbers he came up with. We came up with agreement with the manger. I went ahead and got the car. Ill deduct a hour of time for the insurance so at that point I was there 3 hours. i put down 1000.00 and owed 500 by tuesday. in which i brought the other 500.00 on monday. where they tell me they lost some of my paperwork. just horrible

I was told I needed to put a $1,000 deposit on a car which I obliged. When going through to the finance person I found that they were using a refund of gap insurance of $2,900 also which was not discussed by the salesman. Also with the finance person, they told me that the car warranty was 100k miles but that was drivetrain only. They upgraded my warranty to 100k miles bumper to bumper for $70 per month. On getting home, I found the sticker that had not been placed in the car, and it advised that the standard KIA warranty included 60k miles bumper to bumper. I was therefore clearly misadvised and lied to. Finally it seems the car price was $10k over MSRP

I bought a car from this establishment. I've only had the car for two months. The engine has blown. I do not have a warranty for the car but I still owe $13,450 on the car. My mechanic told me that the light to show the engine check light was on was tampered with. My car broke down on my way to New York in a different state I had to get my car towed after getting it checked out and was told even though I've only had the car for 2 months the engine has blown. I've got in contact with the dealership but no one has talked to me I've been hung up on multiple times. I still have $13,000 left to pay on the car and I can't afford to pay for a car and insurance for a car that doesn't work.

Greenway Kia West I visited Greenway Kia west on July 28, 2022 and was looking to be financed for a new vehicle

I visited Greenway Kia west on July 28, 2022 and was looking to be financed for a new vehicle. After working with *** the sales rep I was told that I could be financed with $500 down payment and a car was provided. I was told there were no problems. I drove off the lot withthe car and two days later I was told that the original bank would not finance me without a cosigner. I advised I did not have a cosigner and returned the vehicle August 1st. After returning the vehicle I asked for my down payment to be returned. I was advised again by *** that a check would be provided. However I paid by a credit card. I was told check was only optiona nd that it would be in "process". August 3rd *** the sales rep called me and said that the finance manager said if i give $500 more they can submit to a different lender. I said yes and I would give $500 when paperwork would be signed so that there would not be a further issues. After 2 weeks now I have not been provided a check and no one will return my calls. I have called every day and am told all managers are in a meeting and the sales rep *** does not acknowledge my direct calls or text messages. I have no car and no down payment. I am requesting my $500 deposit to be returned so that I do not have to deal with them again.

This dealership has the worst post delivery customer service. You can never reach the appropriate person on phone and they do not have the decency to return your phone calls. I never received a refund for my car registration. I traded in my car and I know I should have been entitled to a refund. Recently I was able to refinance my car, but I need to cancel my GAP insurance. I do not see why the necessary forms that are needed to do this can't be mailed to me. I will never ever purchase a car from them again. It is amazing how I am a repeat customer and my my business apparently is not valued.

I bought a used 2018 Subaru Outback from this dealership on Sunday (August 29). This is my first time buying a car from the dealership. The transaction went okay. It took them 3 days after the transaction to send me a copy of the signed documents as well as the detailed pricing of the transaction. When I was reviewing the price list again, I noticed that a plan called "Appearance Protection - LUXCARE" was charged and is worth $1800. The salesman, Ayoub L, didn't even mention about any dealer add-on for the vehicle. The only add on that was mentioned to us is GAP Insurance when we are with the finance manager. I googled what is Luxcare and found out that it was a dealer add-on and is optional. I signed the documents assuming that all what is written is true. I trusted this dealer to not put any additional package on top of the price of the car since we did not talk about any appearance protection package when negotiating nor we agree on any add-ons for the vehicle.

9/10 I went in brought a 2021 Kia Forte ( 16 miles) from Kia, they told me I was approved and the guy ask for the down payment immediately to get that part out the way then I signed papers saying that I was putting 500 and 502 a month, the sale then ask me to put Insurence on the car because everything was good. They gave me a paper tag and register the vehicle in my name. Monday when I came back they asked for a co-signer I gave them my brother They told me everything once again was good and the guy called me that next Monday saying I can pick up my paperwork when I arrive I was informed that the banks decided not to move forth with the deal for some other reason I walked out the building to get in my car the guy ran and ripped my paper tag of the car and then refused to give me my money back They told police there's a lien on the car why I couldn't drive off the lot even doe no money is owed on the car

Greenway Kia West I have 2012 Kia Optima SX and have had issues with this car for the last few years

I have 2012 Kia Optima SX and have had issues with this car for the last few years. I have had to have my motor replaced, not once, but twice due to motor failure. Now, I find myself in the same position ONCE AGAIN and now Kia is making it very hard to get a resolution. They have had my car for probably a month now (dropped off sometime around the weekend of June 18-June21st, 2022) and I have received nothing but the run around. Issue: I was driving around 65 mph on the highway when the car suddenly lost speed and I was unable to accelerate anymore. There was a "knocking sound" coming from the motor. There were many class action settlements related to engine failure for my car model, with the most recent one at the end of 2021z many engines are still failing and now they are making it hard to get any resolution. My husband had called almost everyday for the month and they keep saying that someone higher up at Kia is asking for tests to be done. Every week it seems that there is a new test they want to run. I have asked for a rental vehicle and they declined my request since they aren't "actually" fixing anything. My motor is probably in pieces at Kia Orlando West right, but I keep getting the runaround. At the end of the day, Kia Orlando West needs to replaced the motor under the warranty from my PREVIOUS motor replacement. This is obviously a Kia motor issue. Thank you.

Was lied to at least 10 different times through process of purchasing vehicle. False promises were made and never followed through on. More importantly, this business sold me a vehicle that has a lien on it. I paid in full for the vehicle and later discovered the vehicle has a lien. It is illegal for a dealership to sell a vehicle with a lien, per the FL Dept. of Highway and Motor Vehicles. I purchased the vehicle a month ago and the paperwork for my registration and title has not been filed with the state because the vehicle still has a lien. I have contacted the dealership many times to get answers and simply get bounced around from person to person or given yet another excuse of why I can't get answers. This was the single worst company I have ever dealt with. My next step is to get a lawyer and resolve this in court. I demand the lien be paid off immediately and removed. I demand my registration and Title. You have $24,000 of my money, and I did not get what I paid for.

Went to buy a car, spent about an hour with Arturo- We sat with the agreed numbers and signed to buy the Kia Sorento - he run my credit report. Another salesperson came to the table pick up the keys and left. Since Arturo had said that the car will be clean we didn't think any of it. 2 minutes later Arturo got up went to manager "Mack" came back and just said, sorry the car is sold... got up and left. We went to the manager and all he did was a gesture with this face. Very unprofessionals, per their responses you can tell they do this all the time. Corporate Office should do something. I was not given an explanation, apology, another offer - nothing. We found out that other people offered $200 more for the car; but we had already agreed to buy it, they should honor their word. Now I wonder if what they tell you is truth or they also lie about their cars.

I went to Kia West dealership on 04/23 and I haven't got any of my paperwork in order to inspect my car and register it, the whole experience has been unprofessional , I was even asked for my social and ID when I left the establishment. I went to multiple dmvs and was told they had no documents for me , I have reached out constantly to the dealer no reply , I'm from another state and the dealer in Florida is neglecting me , they also made promises they couldn't deliver on and charged me fees that wasn't agreed upon and forged my signature on certain pages in the deal. The DMV can't even reach the dealer and I'm paying an auto loan for a car I can't get registered. I also became sick with covid, and still making my attempts to handle this matter, but I get no reply.

Greenway Kia West On 8/23 I signed an extended warranty contract (MECHANICAL REPAIR SERVICE CONTRACT), which included a cancellation clause to be exercised

On 8/23 I signed an extended warranty contract (MECHANICAL REPAIR SERVICE CONTRACT), which included a cancellation clause to be exercised "at any time", and if "cancelled within 60 days of the Service Contract Purchase Date and you had not incurred a claim, a 100% refund of the Service Contract Price will be made". Both conditions were met by me. By 10/14, I had already made 2 payments totaling $444. I notified my decision to cancel the contract by a letter I personally delivered to Greenway Kia West. The salesman Asher L, received it. However, the final person in the chain, Farid N, returned the letter to me alleging that they could not receive the letter and that instead I had to sign a form for that matter. He verified the odometer reading and handed me the CANCELLATION FORM. I filled, signed and returned it to him. In order to assure my right to cancel de contract and to have a proof of my will, on 10/20 I sent a letter by certified mail enclosing the one Mr. Farid N, on behalf of Greenway Kia West had refused to receive on 10/14. In this letter I ratified my decision to cancel the extended warranty and I attached a copy of the form I had filled out during my visit. On 11/5, I got notice that the company had tried, unsuccessfully to debit my bank account, putting into evidence that they are not willing to fulfill their end of the deal. I need your help in solving this matter. Product_Or_Service: MECHANICAL REPAIR SERVICE Account_Number: PEAXXXXX

A refund, for a check that should not have been deposited On July 6,I was inquiring about a vehicle at Kia West, they said the purchase would require a 1000.00 deposit and I agreed, but a 30 day hold was put on check until a purchase was make, there was no purchase, at least from that dealership, there was no purchase, and no more communication, so I thought the check would either be returned to me or just canceled..as I checked my account I discovered the check was deposited at Fith/third bank and had posted to my account, I took the posted check to the dealership for a refund and from there just the runaround, I filed a complaint also with Kia Consumer, case #*** and have been calling and have visited the dealership 3 times with a copy of the posted check to no avail, this is so unacceptable and unprofessional and i'm exhausted from trying, I expressed its the end of month bills and medication is needed, just need my monies returned. There was no purchase, no po, nothing to attach the check to, again I don't know why it was deposited, I can't even get in touch with the salesperson Devon ***, Perhaps you can get an answer for me.I've never dealt with anything like this , in my many years of customer service and sales if a client left a check for the hold time if said client didn't return or there was no transaction, we would first call to see if there was still an interest, and shred or ask them to pick up their check...Nothing was said, no phone call, not any kind of communication, other than me physically going to the dealership to inquire about my refund.

Greenway Kia West The term used is a bait and switch

The term used is a bait and switch. The car I drove was not the car I was given. 10/21 - I went to the Kia dealership to look at new cars, test drove a Kia Forte the sales guy rushed me. I took the new car home and was to return to dealership on 10/23 with pay stub. I noticed that the car I drove home was not the car I test drove. The car I was given had 1053 miles on it the paper work stated 320 miles plus remembered where I had parked the car I test drove and it was still in the same space, this would be on camera. 10/23 - Returned to dealership with pay stub. Tried hard to explain the above they would not listen. I notified my intensions of no sale but they where aggressive, so I left. 10/26 - Phoned dealership to inform them I was returning the car. They sold me a 2020 Kia Forte for $20,592.00, 2021 are priced at around $18,000.00. There was also a trade in involved and I am so confused where that is in the contract and the overall explanation of the sticker price and the other sticker price, whatever that means. The car was smoked in, there was nicotine residue on the front window, this had been covered up with cheap cologne, there was no new car smell that is for sure. There also was 5 names programmed into the vehicles media. 10/27 - I drove the car back to dealership and to talk to sales, they would not talk to me. I then removed the tag from the car, gave the keys to the sales desk and left. I was home for 2 hours and noticed the car was outside my apartment unlocked, keys on the front seat. I have constantly tried to talk to Kia but no response. I have also tried to talk to dealership manager, district manager and corporate with either no answer or no resolution.

Greenway Kia West In the attachment below it describes the incidents that occurred this is also an exact email of what I sent to the general sales manager

In the attachment below it describes the incidents that occurred this is also an exact email of what I sent to the general sales manager . Goodmorning , due to breach of contract I would like to cease doing business with your company at this time and need my 1000 deposit refunded immediately in the form of a cashiers check sent to the following address , *** court , *** fl XXXXX . I've tried numerous times to get in contact with your location and rectify this issue to no avail . We initially discussed a 2022 Kia stinger gt1 which I confirmed with sales guy Malik multiple times before putting down the deposit. On December 7th he text me and stated one came in (see attachment below) which I had to drive 2 1/2 hours just to get to your location to pick up . I asked him for the vin number on the car that way the insurance would be already set up when I got there so I could drive it off the lot which he sent to me so I went ahead and set up the insurance with my agent from State Farm .I was led to believe I was going to pick up a 2022 Kia stinger gt1 , when I arrived the vehicle they had was a 2022 Kia stinger gt line . Brandon *** and Malik went as far as trying to bully me into purchasing the wrong vehicle . Following these events I started to become really uneasy so I asked Malik to send me the price of the car that we agreed to so I could have it for my records which he stated he could not send me through via text he could only tell me over the phone only to find out he changed the bottom line price on the car about 3k+ . As a potential first time client I'm disgusted with your company . I was treated unfairly , lack of empathy and deceitful business practices is unacceptable.

Greenway Kia West On 9/16 I met with a sales person named Jaris and he got all my information to try and sell me a car

On 9/16 I met with a sales person named Jaris and he got all my information to try and sell me a car. I let him know I do not have a co-signer and if one is needed we might as well not move forward. He told me I did not need one and that he has an in house approval to make the sell. He told me I needed an extra person on the agreement for income purposes only. My sister gave her information but someone from finance decided later that it was not needed and we completed the sale with me giving $3000 down payment. I left the dealer in what I thought was my new car just to get a call 6 days later telling me that more paperwork needed to be signed. I came back to the dealership on 9/22 to sign the papers ( or so I thought) and was told I have to add a cosigner in order to get an approval. I let Jaris know I do not have a co-signer as I said from the beginning and he let me know the car has to be returned because they never got an approval. He had me sign a release form and stated the sale would be reversed and my down payment will be returned in 5-10 days in a check. The car was returned that day but 2 weeks later I still had not received my $3000 down payment back. I called Jaris and he let me know he actually was not sure how long it would take. Another week passed so I called the dealership and someone else stated it takes between 1-3 weeks. It has now been 5 weeks so I called back and spoke with the finance director Anas to try and get answers but he told me he did not know anything, he is not the one who took my money so he is not going to have this conversation with me. While I was still speaking he disconnected the line. At this point now I feel like it was a scam and I need help receiving my money back.

Greenway Kia West Dealership mishandled funds

Dealership mishandled funds. On December 14th I purchased a 2020 Kia Forte LXS from this dealership with a pre-approved place from Navy Federal. 3 weeks had passed & I had noticed that no information on my car loan had been updated on my Navy federal account. I called Navy Federal & asked why nothing had been updated & they told me that the dealership had yet to cash the check. The check had a six week expiration date & the bank urged me to contact the dealership. For a week straight I consistently called and emailed the dealership trying to get answers. On January 13th I went up to the dealership & asked to speak with someone directly about the situation. I spoke with the head finance director & he quickly brushed me off and said the check would not go through and to go back to my bank and get a new check and that Kia would fill up my gas tank. I thought his statement was odd and asked him he had called the validation number on the check. He stated that he had and it still would not be go through. After I go to my car & call Navy Federal and inform them of what I was told. Navy Federal informed me that the information I was told was false because no one had called in on the loan to validate it or provide any information. After hearing this I go back into the dealership and tell them what I was told by the bank and that's when the finance director called the accountants and they finally reveal to me that the check was accidentally shredded and that's why no one had called in to validate the check. I asked why no one had called me to notify me and no one could provide an answer. I also asked why I was lied to & no one could provide an answer. Had I not done their job for them and followed up on the matter who knows what could have happened. This is poor business practice and incredibly inconvenienced me. I provided a new check but I'm still worried the right thing won't be done.

Greenway Kia West November 19th: I put down a $5,000 deposit to pre-order a 2022 Kia Sorento LX

November 19th: I put down a $5,000 deposit to pre-order a 2022 Kia Sorento LX. During negotiation, the sales rep (Henrique L) said the car would have a Remote Start feature--a condition of purchase. I sold them my 2014 BMW X1 for $18,000 for trade-in value. December 14th: I went to the dealership to get the car. Before leaving the lot, I asked Mr. L about the Remote Start feature, as it wasn't on the key fob. He said this feature did not come with the LX trim. I reminded him of our conversation and said I was prepared to leave the car on the lot, as Remote Start was a condition of purchase. He said not to worry, the feature was still accessible via the Kia UVO app (aka Kia Access). I drove the car home. December 15th: I brought a cashier's check to the dealer for $21,634 and signed paperwork to complete the sale. December 16th: After two days trying to connect Remote Start, I texted Henrique for help. He replied he wasn't working that day. Through my research, I learned my model was not compatible with Remote Start, contradicting what Henrique had twice told me. December 17th: I emailed and called (left a verbal message) with the dealership's general manager, Alberto A. December 18th: I left a second verbal phone message with Alberto A. To this day, Alberto has never responded to my messages or emails. December 20th: I told Henrique (text) and Alberto (email) that I'd been advised to contact the Complaintsboard.com, FTC, and FL AG because the car did not come with Remote Start as agreed. I said I needed them to install the feature, free of charge, to rectify the situation. Henrique responded that he hurt his foot, and then asked if I signed the paperwork. I said yes, and he asked if I could come to the dealership. I said I would on January 5. January 5: I texted Henrique again confirming I'd drop off the car (due to Covid spread) and have them install Remote Start as agreed, free or charge. I asked if I needed an appointment. He has not responded.

Greenway Kia West I recently went to Kia with problems with my car of overheating I also had to use the heat to run my car and then there was a bubbling noise

I recently went to Kia with problems with my car of overheating I also had to use the heat to run my car and then there was a bubbling noise that I would hear driving my car. So I went to Kia I did a diagnostic test and they explained to me that this was the reason that my car wasn't doing these problems and they told me that this is what I need to pay for it to fix the problem so I paid them $700 to fix the problem and few days later I'm hearing the same problem you know the bubbling noise everyday and I called Kia they told me to bring it back in so they can do a complimentary diagnostic test I bring my car back in to Kia to do the complementary Diagnostics and they informed me that they don't they don't hear the bubbling noise and that my car is not overheating and that is still blowing cold air so I am driving one of my passengers and what happens my car overheats and now I'm getting upset because this is what I've been trying not get to this is why I went to Kia and I wanted to figure out what the problem was. So I bring my car back to you and they can inform me that my radiator is cracked and now there is telling me that I need to give them more money to fix all of this. Its not the fact that my radiator crack if I'm telling them that my car is still making the same sound still doing the same thing that that I paid them to fix why am I coming out of pocket to fix the same problem and I'm told that the mechanics are not doctors they also brought another mechanic in to tell me that the bubbling noise means that my car is overheating. So if my car is overheating and the bubbling noise means that my car is overheating as a mechanic why hasn't anyone made this an an issue and why is it if I'm telling him that my car is making a bubbling noise why hasn't anyone tried to fix the problem other than making me drive my car and come back and then telling me that so now I have to pay more money to fix the problem so I they told me to pay for the labor and they'll pay and then called the police on me

Greenway Kia West My wife and I came into Greenway Kia West on 6 September to look at a new vehicle with the potential to trade in our 2017 Kia Soul for what

My wife and I came into Greenway Kia West on 6 September to look at a new vehicle with the potential to trade in our 2017 Kia Soul for what we had hoped would have been a Kia Sorento. After looking at the Sorento's, talking to our Sales Representative, and finance, it was determined that we could not afford the price point of the Sorento, so we decided to look at possibly a 2020 Kia Soul, as ours was pushing almost 100,000 miles and would very soon be out of warranty. The sales rep showed us one model that we liked, so we went in to talk price points, with trade in. After coming to an agreement, putting 5,000 down, and agreeing to trade in our vehicle, we went through the process of going through the finance office. That was completed on 7 September, and we were off the lot with a new vehicle. That' where the nightmares begin. We learned very quickly that the Kia's which are supposed to come with a styrofoam storage container above the spare tire did not have one, so we were in talks with our sales rep to get it replaced. That still has not happened 3 MONTHS later. We also learned that their detail department throws the in a pile next to the dumpsters once they take the out of the vehicles, simply to get thrown away. I has been 3 months and we still do not have one, as promised. That's minor compared to the finance portion, however. To Date: 11/7, my vehicle, which was current on payments up to the date of trade in, has STILL NOT been paid off, in full. My finance company did receive a check approximately 2 weeks ago, but that amount has changed significantly as my, like most all other finance companies charge daily interest, so the original 10 day payoff has since changed. My wife called and left the finance manager a voicemail about a week ago, and has yet to hear back from him to let us know the vehicle has been paid in full. I refuse to allow my credit to take a hit, from their lazy methodology of not sending a payoff in full, for a vehicle that was originally caught up. Product_Or_Service: 2020 Kia Soul EX

Greenway Kia West The issue that we are having is that we traded our car in 6 weeks ago June 20th and the trade in is yet to be payed off

The issue that we are having is that we traded our car in 6 weeks ago June 20th and the trade in is yet to be payed off. It has been 6 weeks and they have yet to payoff the trade in. We turned in our keys on June 20th along with a deposit to order our new one. We signed the final paperwork on June 26th and took our new car home. June 30th salesmen txted asking for the trade in account number. Then...First week pases by then the second and 3rd week passes and no pay off yet. I txted Arturo the salesmen on July 13th telling him that my trade in wasn't paid off yet and how much more time before they paid it. No answer, no txt or call back. July 21st finally received a txt telling us that he had came back from California and that he needed a document. That document was sent that same day within an hr. I again asked him about the pay and why it's took over 3 weeks to ask for that document. July 27th I txt Arturo again it's been over 4 weeks and still waiting for the pay off. What a surprise no answer. At that point started to do our own investigation and tried calling dealer and asking for general MGR, sales manager and finance with no luck. The bank of the trade in(original loan) also tried calling. Also called the new finance bank and to my surprise we had no account with them as of that day. I then called consumer affairs and with there help made a 3 way call to discuss the situation. Thanks to consumers affairs our new account was created but no pay off yet. Monday August 3rd I txted, called the salesmen and again no answer from him. I guess once he gets his commission your no one to him. I stoped by the dealer and called and no luck. They keep giving me the run around and the bank keeps calling me for a payment or the pay off. Greenway Kia West has had my car since June 20th!. It is now 6 weeks since they've received my trade in and we are not getting answers about the pay off. Our bank(original loan) even tried calling them but no luck. This is not the first time we trade a car in but it is the first time this has ever happened.

Greenway Kia West 1. Unethical Sales Process 2

1. Unethical Sales Process 2. Contract Information not accurately disclosed 3. Hold Check- Misleading My wife went into Kia Greenway West in the month of October. To file a complaint with Services due to a previous issue with our car not being fixed correctly which we paid $900 for fix a oil leak. She was directed into the Sales Manger. Who basically tried to get into a new car. The Deal that the sales rep gave us was for a 2020 Kia Forte for $419 Dollars a month. $500 Down-payment and quoted us $18 dollars to add Gap insurance to our monthly plan which a trade in value of 6,500 for our Kia Sedona. I explained to the agent that I could not make the down deposit today, but I could make in about 30days which would be on November 13th. He Stated that would be fine, and just need to submit the information. They let us take drive the car home. And that we needed to come back the next to sign the paper. We were told that we were approved. The next day we come sit down with Yakkur. He is the Finance Manager. We get down now to the table. He knows tells us that our monthly payments will now be $459 a month, oppose to what we were quoted which was $419.00. Furthermore, we can not add Gap insurance as a monthly payment. That if we wanted it. we will need to pay $800 upfront which was about 62 cents a day over the course of 72 months. I accepted the monthly payments because they already have our Car, and said they will be selling the car. After the deal was signed he was said were Approved by the Finance company. And that he just needs some extra income. But on the paper that we signed it states that this contract is approved by Kia Motor and the Underwriter. So all that is left is to wait for Hold Check to come out November 13th, and then make our first car payment on the 19th. On November 9th I get a call from Yakkur stating that the finance Company has changed there policies, and that they no longer can accept the Hold Check which was agreed upon at signing. He stated that he needed a credit or debit card for the Transaction, and that he also need the $500 dollars before the date agreed upon. I informed him that I will not be able to make the payment till the 13th for the $500 and I will make the car payment. He stated that he will call me back and see what can be done. He never called me back. I then call on November 13th to give the billing Agent the card Number to pay the $500 Dollars. The representative tells me that the Check that was supposedly not allowed through the Finance Company just has been Processed today. I told the lady that I was told Finance Company would not allow that per our conversation with the Finance Manager. She said that she did not know way. So I then ask her can I go ahead and make my car payment. I give her my social security number, and she tells me that I have no account with them. I now feel mislead because I was told everything was approved now I do not have an account with Kia. I have a car but no Financing is what my mind is thinking, furthermore the Car I have traded in with them has not Been paid off. So I will be left with a bill with Credit Cars whom called me and said that the pay off needs to be completed within 30 days. If not the bill will increase, which would could leave me with a balance.
