I have been very happy with my lawn service and tree care from Green Lawn Fertilizing. I would recommend using this company to all of my friends. Their customer service is very friendly and cares about their customers.

Beware. They offer a $100 discount with a time limit however that offer is almost always available. If you schedule a treatment they will require you to opt out for future treatments. This notice is in small print at bottom of bill, easily missed. They will send and email a couple of days in advance of treatment. Should you miss that email for any reason...you will pay for an unwanted treatment. In my case the treatment was aeration. I have a sprinkler system and I was on vacation. Aeration would have damaged my heads due to the fact that I would not have been able to stack out heads. In addition the past treatment included overseeding. Worker seeded my grass AND all my mulched areas causing grass to start growing in those areas. This opting out is in my view poor business practice.

I have cancelled my service with Green Lawn Fertilizing and they have failed to return a credit of 50.35. I have called them several times and they sent emailed that a check was sent to me which it was not. I would just like the credit for my refund sent to me.

Spoke with salesman Chris on 3/18 and arranged for service at a cost of $350.25. I didn't receive the promised call before the first service scheduled for 3/23, and no one showed on 3/23, either. When I called about this, the woman on the phone had my information, but no service had been scheduled. I was informed that calling prior to service is not routine but she could make a notation about it in my account. She also said that the first lawn treatment is given over a six week period, and she could schedule me for sometime in the next two weeks. I told her I never received the paperwork Chris promised to mail to me, either. I said I was troubled over the fact that nothing Chris told me appeared to be true and didn't think I wanted to do business with them. I asked her to put my service on hold until I spoke with Chris. Chris eventually called back and denied everything he had originally told me. He said that the company tries to give the first service within two weeks, and spoke over me when I tried to question him about the discrepancies in our two conversations. I finally told Chris that I did not want to do business with Green Lawn and wanted a refund to my credit card. Chris said that I would get the refund, but I am still waiting for the charge credit 16 days after requesting it.

I purchased a BOGO service from Green Lawn Fertilizing before the Winter 2019. They treated my lawn with Lime and winterizing fertilizer between Oct and Nov 2019. I was not satisfied with the service and immediately called and reported my concerns and told them I do not need their service in future. In March they treated my lawn with Lime again without any notification. Turf in parts of the lawn was damaged by the tire marks as their technician rode his tractor over heavily wet areas. I immediately called the Green Lawn Fertilizing to report the incident and asked why they serviced the lawn, and why it was a lime treatment again while it should be once a year. Their representative stated my account was not cancelled in 2019, it was a mistake from their side. I stated, I should not be responsible for the payment and she agreed to close the account. After that call in March , Green Lawn Fertilizing sent me a bill of $85+. I called them to discuss the matter again, but no one was available to take the call possibly because it was in the middle of COVID 19 pandemic. Today someone named Steve called me from Green Lawn Fertilizing and stated the account cannot be closed until I pay that $85+ bill. I mentioned about the previous conversation I had with the company and I should not be responsible for the payment. Steve first threatened to send it to collection and explained from his previous experience of working with Bank of America Collection Department that it is going very difficult for me. Later he threatened to call me every now and then until I pay this bill.
