OKAY, SO HERE'S MY TAKE ON GOBUFF, OR WHATEVER IT'S CALLED. I'M NOT GONNA SUGARCOAT IT - THIS PLACE IS JUST A HOT MESS. LIKE, WHY SHOULD I EVEN WASTE MY TIME ON IT? THERE'S NO WAY I'D EVER SPEND MY HARD-EARNED CASH ON THIS SITE. IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT.

FIRST OF ALL, THE SERVICE IS SLOW AF. I MEAN, COME ON! I DON'T HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE. I'D RATHER JUST GO TO THE STORE AND BUY WHAT I NEED MYSELF. AT LEAST THAT WAY I KNOW I'M GETTING WHAT I WANT, WHEN I WANT.

AND DON'T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE PRICES. THEY'RE OUTRAGEOUS. I CAN GET THE SAME PRODUCTS FOR HALF THE PRICE AT OTHER PLACES. WHY WOULD I PAY MORE FOR SOMETHING THAT I CAN GET FOR LESS? IT JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE.

ON TOP OF ALL THAT, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. WHEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER, IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET IT RESOLVED. AND WHEN I FINALLY DID GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE, THEY WERE RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. LIKE, DO YOU EVEN CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS?

SO, IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A GOOD ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE, GOBUFF IS DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE TO GO. YOU'RE BETTER OFF JUST AVOIDING IT ALTOGETHER. TRUST ME, YOU'LL THANK ME LATER.

Moreover, drivers are not shown the respect they deserve, and many times, customers seem to tip drivers, but the tips are never given to them. Then, if you are self-employed, you still have to wear a uniform and work exactly when they need you to, which doesn't give the driver much flexibility in their job.

One of the most critical aspects of working for Gopuff is keeping quiet. It appears that if you stay silent and don't complain, you might get more shifts next week. However, if you speak up or have an issue regarding your availability or work schedule, it might cost you your job.

For instance, I once had an issue regarding my availability on a particular Friday, so I asked my manager to give me a day off. Though we agreed, he swiftly turned around and requested that I work that Friday, even if I began late. This lack of communication and respect can be frustrating, especially when you're juggling multiple things in your life.

In addition, I was stuck in traffic once, and I sent a message to my shift leader, stating that I would be late due to the delays on the road. I eventually arrived at work and completed my shift, only to be informed the next day that I could not get any more shifts because I did not meet the expectations of the schedule I had. This is quite rough because I worked for that money and I deserve it.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about Gopuff. Sure, I have worked for them and made a little money, but related circumstances can be quite frustrating and tense at times.

Unfortunately, when I tried to contact Gopuff's customer service, I didn't have much luck there either. They just gave me a $5 credit for the inconvenience, which was insulting given how long I had to wait and the fact that I didn't even get all the items I ordered. Plus, I got disconnected from them twice, which was really frustrating.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my Gopuff experience. I was really looking forward to using it to feed the kids at my cousin's afterschool program, but now we're all burrito-less and hungry. I was greeted by a girl who, in the beginning, seemed very nice. However, as soon as I called her out on the $25 credit that I was promised previously, she became very snippy with me. I got upset too and we ended up having a very unpleasant interaction. Towards the end, she even threatened me by saying that I was being unprofessional - which made no sense at all, since I wasn't even an employee there! I eventually hung up the phone feeling extremely frustrated and angry.

Overall, I was shocked at how badly I was treated by this girl over the phone. It was an entirely unacceptable way to treat a customer. The earlier nice representative gave me a $25 credit and this new representative was simply trying to get around that credit, which was unfair to me as a customer.

It is important for a company to stand behind their word, and unfortunately, it seems that Gopuff failed to do so in my case. They also failed to teach their employees the right way to provide customer service, which is a real shame. I hope that in the future, they will pay more attention to customer service and ensure that their representatives do not mistreat their customers.

All in all, I would not recommend this company to anyone. If you want to avoid the same unpleasant experience that I had, you should definitely order from somewhere else. Trust me, there are other options out there that will take your money and provide you with far better customer service.
