I was very skeptical on contacting and hiring Gonzalez Painting from the beginning, but I had made the BEST choice. The rep was sweet and helpful, she answered all my questions that I had. I couldn't be happier with the quality work that was done to my home. HAPPY CUSTOMER! RECOMMEND!

Susi the sales representative was a big help getting me on the schedule. The painters came out and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased to have done business with them.

Awful experience with this company. Their employees didn't follow CDC guidelines, entered my home with no mask; used my bathroom while suffering from upset stomach/diarrhea. I had to have my bathroom sanitized. The only consolation Gonzalez offered was a crew reprimand. Total disrespect of the well-being and health of their customers.

Guys I highly recommend Gonzalez Painting! They were so great and Nate was so much help, make sure to ask for him and he will get you taken care of. The painters were very professional and very clean. Estimators were great and the price they gave me was definitely great. I would hire again for future jobs. Expectations were more than met. Fantastic experience with Gonzalez Painting. I had a long list of minor carpentry work that had to be repaired and I am more than satisfied with this company. Definitely a 5/5 and will hire again in the future. Many friends and family had asked who got the job done and I have referred them, however they are satisfied as well. Overall, such great company and amazing crew as well as the representatives.

Gonzalez Painting is the best company I could have ever hired. Right after I received my quote, the estimator who came out to my property discounted me a good amount which was awesome. Awhile after receiving this, a young lady called me from the office and offered me even more money off and put me in schedule. The job done at my home was incredible and made my home look like new. Will definitely hire again

They send out a representative to give you a quote. After scheduling the work, a painter showed up and said he could not do the job for the quoted price. Called the company and they sent out another painter the next day. He said the same thing but told me if I hired him directly, he could get closer to their quoted price. Do not hire Gonzalez Painting because they are a broker and do not have painters on their payroll. You will never hear back from them if you have poor quality work that needs fixing.

Amazing work! I received a booklet in my mail advertising Gonzalez Painting and requested a free estimate for my property which is located in Kennesaw. The estimator was very punctual, polite, and very professional. Pricing was awesome. A month after receiving, the representatives reached out to me and I requested to get this on schedule. The painting crew were so nice and were there on time; very clean while doing the job, didn't damage any goods inside my home and left it as new. I love the work they did and I 100% recommend.

I read many advertise from this company Gonzalez Painting " We WILL BEAT ANY WRITTEN ESTIMATE" On "Local Flavor" and "The Home MAG". I confirmed with them and have them to gave me an free estimation for exterior painting of my house with four side brick as a second opinion. Their estimation for the same job is around $2890.00. However I am having other two written estimations. one with $1800.00 and another one with $1995.00. so I discussed with them about the much higher price from them and their "BEATEN" price. However they don't honor their promise on their advertisement (Even advertising on their own flying folder with the same words "WE WILL BEAT ANY WRITTEN ESTIMATE") and they refuse to match. I really believe their word "BEAT ANY WRITTEN ESTIMATE" on their advertisement is a cheating scam. Don't believe these word on advertisement and don't trust their estimation since their price is not honest and much higher than others.

I spoke with this company July 2 and got a quote. I was told that they were booked until August, but that an appointment for me was being made the first week in August and that someone would call me back the end of July to tell me the exact day. The last week of July on Friday i called Gonzalez painting. Informed them that i was expecting a call for the next week, for a date and that I hadn't heard from anyone. I was immediately informed that they didn't know why no one called, but that the first week of August was not going to work, they will call me for the second week. I questioned their customer service and was told that they would get a crew out for Sure on Saturday August 7th. Being that I own a business, I cleared my schedule in for the last Saturday, Monday and Tuesday to give the crew ample time to complete the job with no interruptions. Last Saturday around 11 am I realized no one had shown up yet. I placed a call to the person that gave me the original estimate Nate, and asked how much longer before someone would show. Needless to say, he had no idea, and did not have a number to a single employee that could give me any information. With a careless attitude he casually stated that usually if a crew was going to show up they would have been there by now. He doesn't know why they didn't and sorry I don't know who can help you. We are at the end of Monday and of course not a single phone call or show up. Just based off of trying to start a job with this company I would never recommend them. The customer service is horrid and so are their work ethics.
