Golden Brick Construction Ltd review: Bad builder

I recommend not to buy any of his homes. The builder uses cheap trades and the workmanship is awful. The drywallers are terrible and the framers did a very bad job. The builder still is fixing definicies since Dec. Each day we find something new. so disappointing since this is a new house. The home warranty is with Pacific Warranty. The service is very slow and they want quick fix solutions. Like I say walk away from these homes.
