Bhandup Branch- Dillip Jeena... uneducated guy

This Global Vision NGO is total fraud... they just make u go on field job n don't even pay u... they take all educated girls like who are from HR, IT stream and than give you Public Relation Manager post to feel you good.. finally when you realise that this job is not good and not wanna work than they pressurise you to work and at the end don't give you salary... And i must say this people are uneducated and don't even know how to talk English and even Hindi and call them self Branch Manager and MD. I request every girl not to work with this fraud people.

Hey, all the girls who are saying anything for GLOBAL VISION are completely lying.I am with GLOBAL VISION almost 2 years. whosever decided not to join these organisation reading this stupid comments miss the good opprtunity to have growth in life and same time doing some good work for poor cancer patients. All the people associated to this organisation is very sensible and good people Mr.Tej Chand, Mr.Vishnu Adhikari, Mr.Dilip Jeena specially MD of this organisation Mr.D.B.Chand is most decent guy, very nice man by heart. This is like srore grapes.Girls try to do fraud and when get caught and get termineted by the organisation do such cheap things, thinking by doing this they can take their revange but dear I have only two question for u.You can talk lie about them but can u face the mirror after this? is ur consious allowing u to do this? because I am there since 2years nobody means nobady tried to touch me or do any bad thing with me.We are compleatly safe. so shut up and please let the girls come and take their own decition. And Whosever belive these girls I have only one quesion for them if this is fraud NGO then why the cancer patient and their family praise this organisation with tears? because they have not got any help from others and GLOBAL VISION have helped them immigiately. I have maid servant whose mother in law was suffering from cancer he tried to get help from so many organisation then he asked me for personal financial help I could have help but I could have help with minimum ammount so I asked MD sir to help him and he did say yes immigiately
Open ur eyes guys inspite all this faltu complains why this NGO is still going on and becoming strong because they are doing good work.wake up if u can not do some good deed in life don't try to stop who is doing such good work.

Hii to all the Indian Citizens. I have worked in global vision for almost 2 months during April 2012.
I request all of you to not to entertain any of the volunteers.The company is really a big fraud.they hire educated girls and especially freshers like me who is unaware of the busyness or jobs in india.they just try to employ u with good salary.i took up d job just for my survival in blore not knowing any of these facts.i somehow felt they never help any cancer patients.they take money from us by making us go door to door streets.offices and so on telling lies to d ppl that we r students n just volunteer without any pay n with the fake cancer patients appeal we had to play with the emotions.

My conscience made me quality and quit the job when i realized they are chaotic public.reading all the above comments and incidents im sure now that they are really fraud. Y dont the govt sue or ban such NGOs.
Initially i was feeling proud to help th the poor n now i feel horrified wasting my two months of my career in this dark cave.
I want to apologize to all the Donors i have met and had convinced them to contribute not knowing the fact that the money never went to the patients.
And Mr Raj Salvi stop faking ur name or identity there is no male employees except managers u must b one of them camouflage the hidden side of global vision.i can talk more about it but i hope majority of u read this and realize not investing a penny on this ngo atleast.my eyes hurt all the time seeing the manager wear burberry formal wear or calvin klein or his spectacles of Tommy Hilfiger all branded stuff with public money.also the team leads carrying expensive phones.having cars or scooty at a young age...how? All with d public money. I understand we kind of trust these ppl n n have given money but next time dont ever do it.

Guys I have received a call for Interview from Global Vision Cancer NGO for Management Trainee position. First of all I decided to go 4 dis interview. But after reading all these comments I am scared.
So, tell me what should I do?

hi friends i worked with this organization for three months. there are collecting funds in the name of cancer patients. one patient details their take and distribute in hundred of employees and collect funds in the name of one patient like this lacks of rupees their collecting and some amount their gave to that patient likes this many patients details their have and their are collecting money and the girls who collect money their give % salary how much their collect in one month.
i left my job with in 3 months when i feel cheated. before joining i don't know all this details of this org i thought all the amount which me and all employees are collecting that amount go to patients but i am wrong more than 95% amount goes to managers and higher authority when i question to them their said we are paying you don't ask any question other wise we fire you from job. even many people asking tax exemption from me when i asked manager their said to me ignore their calls. please friends don't help to this org their are using innocent girls for fund rising for their own purpose. managers are using thousands of rupees salary in the name of cancer patients and cheating people who donates money.
please don't help to this org and dont do job in this f rude org.

I have attended interview for the position of an HR executive at Global Vision, Hyderabad. When I went for the interview, i found only 3 people in the office. On being askd, they told evry1 is in their cabins. I evn askd abt the job profile, but the interviewer told that I will get a call from the HR and they will xplain me the job details.. I was amazed cause any organization when they hire someone will have a defined job profile and atleast we expect the interviewer to know about it.. I tried finding out in Linked but this organization doesnt hv a profile.. I sensed smethng fishy nd when i googled, i bumpd into these blogs.. I do not knoe evn a single person ovr here.. but yes, I myself hv doubts aftr attending the interiew.. I do not want to join an organization wich has soo many controversies associated with it!

I completely disagree with the complaint..I know this NGO very well..they are right in there own way..i have seen that they are helping the cancer patients..if u don't want to help some1.. never mind...but don't stop others..it will be good for u to mind ur own business.to do some good thing no 1 will come forward.. to blame others all...yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...

I am totally disagree with all complaints coz I am working with Global Vision and I am Lawyer by profession so i Know very well which organization is gud and bad.

hii everyone, even i hv joind the bangalore branch on the basis of the commitments that hav been made during the interview. they send everyone to raise the funds no other work is there. also at the time of interview they offer you good packages but reality is you need to meet certain targets to draw that salary. the organisation is not trustworthy.

I am not agree with this, as i have worked for this organisation, they have mentioned everything in appointment letter, every manager is very much co-operative. They do not force for anything. I left that job because of travelling problems as i am married lady, but i have seen the distribution of amount to cancer patients, i have got my salary every month on time. Every marketing organisation sends you on field, so this was a kind of field where you not only build your confidence but also supporting to poor one. Every person has its own plannings and criteria to fulfill that plan, so this organisation is doing best in fulfilling their responsibilities in terms of social service to our society. hi guys this is latest complain frm global vision that recently they have celebrate 2nd annual function and they called big celebraty on that day mr. ramesh chand who is the branch manager in gv raped one girl and today she is mum bcoz he is blakmailing her, ms. balkate suffering from this pain and mr.D.B.chand knows abt everything but he is not taking such action, this ngo hiring girls on the base of hr job but giving work of collecting money which is not right, thay have collecting monthly 15lacks in each branch and they have more than 15 managers so think how much donation they have collecting from people and helping cancer needy patient. pls guys dnt support this activity stop it right now.

global vision is company which has made begging a buisness and that too a sophisticated onee.I was hired there too but i absconded.I will post the appointment letter too to me.conditions were not to have any communication with any staff of the company.second salary would be given after one month and achiving the target.one day you take an off ur two days salary is deducted. now the appointment letter was given after 15 days whereas in other companys it is given within a day after u submit ur docs.in the interview taken by preeti verma she told no targets, targets were there.only corporate presentations have to be done whereas we had to wander door to door, we were made to tell lies tht we r students or volunteers and not employees. only girls are there in the company with good looks so tht people can flirt and give money.

Thank you friends for sharing your experiences, I had given an interview this Monday there at their Pune office ( which they said is new one) and with interview of hardly few minutes I ws told that I will be informed by EOD...that itself make me think that ws it this much only in the name of an interview? And second thing to question about why only girls to be employed cant boys get charity done? I gt a call that day in the eve and ws told that m selected and need to join in for 3 days training...I ws going to join it from 2morrow...thank god I thought of searching some events organized by Global Vision...and came across this complaint...and after reading many of your complaints, comments and experiences I am now very much afraid to take a step ahead...once again thank you all...only one thing I can see the complaints being made for more than a year here but then hw come sach organizations survive, is nobody taking actions against them...thats the sad part

Global vision is one of the worst ngos on this planet... it is a place for black money laundering... the pay like peanuts to the cancer patients and they have all that money to go and f* around in asian countries... proper horrible people they are... the chairman him self is a big illiterate followed bt tej and rest of the battalion... they really dont know how to talk to girls... and the best part is they prefer only females to work for them no men! strange... they make you work like donkeys and pay u in peanuts and the cheque comes after 10th of everymonth...

can any one tell me is this organization is trust worthy or not? because i went to global organization office at Hyderabad today..even i'm surprised she just asked me to tell about myself & the very next word how much salary your expecting. i said according ur company norms...fine than wn i can join u..this is my next question...she said from 2maro onwards...The moment i came out this office, so many questions r arising in my mind ..how this lady can say u can join frm 2maro without taking any academic certi...not even checking whether ppl who are approaching them were they really qualified or not...i know its an NGO kind of social service..where u need to serve ppl without expecting any profit ...i even asked that lady whats the role of a trainee in this org...this is an NGO..fine but the role of an HR is to recruit staff...i don't find any linkage quite confusing...? after reading all such comments over this site... I totally agree with the complaint,.. global vision is a fake ngo...
I completed my graduation degree and went for interview through naukri.com.
I gave the interview and was asked to attend training for 3 days... they fixed my salary with 15000 rs...
They gave me the post of realtionship manager...
Then next day I heard a bunch of losers screaming "jues by jues by oho ohoho jues by that"
They were literally motivating people (losers) with the fruit that one day they will be in one such ac offices.. which was a # place...
They just want girls so that they can attract donations,.. they create fake profile of cancer patients and fool people>
We should all fight against this ngo...
I hate gloobal vision, it was my first bad experience with a job...
They even sang songs to invite their team leader...
