I paid almost 30K for my stay at 102 Natures Way in Rotonda West FL, but I am now facing harassment and unfair charges. Global Resort Homes has shown a complete lack of professionalism by ignoring my maintenance requests. I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience. Jessica Tucker, the person I have been dealing with, has been incredibly rude and disrespectful. She has also violated my rights as a customer who paid a high price for a vacation home. I was never informed about the sale of Paradise exclusives, as you can see in the attached document.

They keepin a processin from my deposit after cancel cuz of Covid. We cancelin cuz Florida got one of the highest rates of Covid in the United States. When we went to cancel the reservation the rep said they keepin 110 dollars for processin outta the 360 deposit. Its a Pandemic I feel like they bein unreasonable. We wouldn't be cancelin if it wasn't for Covid and outta our control. So I want the $110 credited back to the card where the initial deposit was made. So they basically chargin $110 for pickin up the phone and sendin me a template contract. Nothin they done so far worth $110.

We had a really bad experience at 4308 Acorn Cove vacation rental. There were so many issues, it's hard to keep track. The pool and spa had no heat, the trash was never picked up during our entire stay, the pool table was broken, and the shower curtain was also broken. When we called the office, the manager, Titiana, was really rude to us. She even threatened to call the police on us. Luckily, one of the Global Resorts technicians who came to fix the pool heard her threats on speaker phone, so we have a witness. We tried calling the owner of the home, but she said she couldn't do anything about it. We definitely don't recommend this poorly maintained property. On our last day, the owner of the pool servicing company came by and told us that Global Resorts knew the system was burned out and didn't understand why they rented it to us before ordering replacement parts. We want at least half of our money back.

About 6 months ago, I bought a vacation rental stay at Global Resort Vacation Homes. I stayed at ***, July 13-18, 2021. My vacation was a total disaster from the moment we got there until the end. When we arrived, we noticed that the property had mold and was really dirty. This was just the start of many problems. (I've attached letters from my family and me explaining our concerns and disappointments.) We reported our concerns to the management office right away. My daughter also rented a nearby rental with Global Resort and she had problems with her unit too. For 4 days, my family had to deal with issues in our vacation home. We called the emergency line to report each problem. Every day, we encountered existing problems and new situations that came up. (See attached letter.) I tried my best to fix the situation, but I couldn't. After reporting to the emergency line many times, on day 5, my cousin and I decided to go to the Rental Office. When we got there, we couldn't speak to the agents who helped me book our trips. We were helped by the Guest Relations Director, Tatiana C, who didn't seem to care about our problems. She asked, "What do you want?" We explained that we just wanted to enjoy our vacation. She asked if we had pictures to show, and we said "Yes." On day 6, check-out day, we asked for a late check-out because we had been through so much. While we were checking out, a realtor came by to show the property to potential buyers. We were really surprised because our stay wasn't over and we hadn't checked out yet. After I got home, I sent Ms. C the letters from my family and pictures of our concerns (available upon request). My cousin and I talked to her about the documentation I sent, and she got really hostile and argumentative about our concerns. The conversation ended with her hanging up on us.
