Left a message on Wedensday to find out how to use my already paid for vacation points. All were out to lunch or working flexi hours. No call returned. Phoned back on Thursday, was told well at least you are talking to me now! Phoned again today (Friday) had the phone put down on me. Phone back was told that I was put on hold. Whatever and clearly forgot to let me know! Asked to speak to management was told you can speak to me. Oh so you answer the phones and run the show. Response was yes...I think it is disgusting that I need to battle like this when I want to use my points for a charity event, which was explained on Thursday to assist tube feb children to eat again. This level of service is appauling and I would suggest that anyone wanting timeshare Watch out for these sharks they clearly take your money and swim away! Oh BTW. Greg Hammond does NOT take calls! Mmmmm clearly he has something to hide from.
