Terrible company to do business with. has lied to me so many times

Too many promises and nothing delivered, there's no place you can find the advertising promised to be done.

Scam! They lie to you about helping to attract a lot of new customers/clients to your business each month, making it sound amazing, making promises they can't keep and can't deliver.

I'm impressed with the Geotarget army surplus. Uh, I've advertised in newspapers and radios. Uh, nothing has compared to the advertising with geo targeting. I get customer response at least once a week. And the customer service has been impeccable.

Geotarget's sales representative is untrustworthy. He misled me by falsely claiming that my contract was month to month, despite the contract stating otherwise. Geotarget is an unscrupulous company. The representative even had the audacity to visit my establishment and deceive me in person. I strongly advise against recommending him or this company.

Do yourself a favor and DON'T hire these people. I should have trusted my intuition when the initial video ad draft was garbage. As much as they called me to get the sale, they have definitely ghosted me. There has been no follow up and, most importantly, no way to review the results they claimed I would get. The key complaint is that I have seen NO RESULTS! What a waste of money.

I highly suggest not using this company for their services. They will not bring you any new leads/customers. They promise "impressions", but how do you know those numbers are even accurate? I was forced to maintain the contract after explaining the poor results. I did not receive a single lead from this campaign. It was a complete waste of time and money. This company is not looking out for you or your company's best interest.

We've been using geotarget for three years now. Actually, we found it to be the most effective marketing that we've done here within our clinic. Being medical, it's interesting to find advertising that gets to the demographic and the targeted people that we need to. We find that geotarget has really been flexible with how we go after potential clients and the places that we'd like to be able to advertise to, either with print media or with a video. We have been really pleased and find that typically they meet or exceed their goals as to what our contracted rate is, meaning how many people we get in front of each month. To be honest, they typically exceed. So we've been really, really pleased.

My name is John Smith. I'm the managing partner of the facility for personal training. And I have renewed my contract with geo target for a second year because it has really worked well for me. I receive emails from my contact page on a regular basis. The people that I have been working with have been extremely helpful and extremely polite, very efficient, helping me get the job done. They've exceeded expectations and the number of impressions that I was told that I would get. And I feel that the system has worked very well for me. And quite frankly, the pricing for what we are receiving compared to other kinds of marketing has been extremely effective. And very, very well worth the price that I'm paying. I am a very happy client.

If we could give 0 stars we would. I highly suggest not using this company for their services. They will not bring you any new leads/customers. We dealt with unprofessionalism, incompetence, language barriers and a couple of people that could not speak English very well. We had several patients and friends in our town put in keywords and searched on several different platforms - nothing was found. They did an in house video that was supposed to be on their website. We all searched our company name on their website and no video could be found. I was forced to maintain the contract after explaining the poor results. I was solicited my Geotarget and was skeptical about moving forward but was assured "they were different" and I would have optimal results. The first photo shoot was disastrous. The edits were full of mistakes. It was clear that they didn't even listen to it because I repeated the same thing 3x. The apologized ordered a reshoot which was better but resulted in 4 clicks of fake people and Im not really sure they weren't made up...I asked for my money back. Of course they said no. Thank God I was smart enough to say that I owned my content or it would be all over the internet. READ THE PAPERWORK. They were using my content to get leads for their company based on my hard work and reputation. I wished they had been able to deliver what they promised but they definitely cannot at this time. Very disappointed. They should have trouble shot their product before selling it to people.
